Excellent

Pros: Clean, modern apartment with good facilities, w/machine, hair dryer and well equipped kitchen. Parking available at the property. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, a bottle of wine and fruit and cookies.

Cons: Full length mirrors in the bedrooms would be great!

Luxurious property, equal distance from main points of interest in the city Chania

Pros: Being a family on a road trip in Crete, we were lucky to find this residence available to stay as we approached Chania. The house is very modern and luxurious, providing everything a family may need during their stay, including private parking. The property was clean, everything worked properly and communication with the owners was smooth and non-intrusive. Location is good, as the area is quiet and equal distance from Chania city, Chania airport and Port of Souda, including access to the national highway (around 10 minutes), while the main sandy beaches of Akrotiri are even closer (5-10 minutes max).

Cons: There are no shops within walking distance, so even buying a bottle of water or coffee needs getting into your car. Nevertheless, there is a quite large village nearby (around 2 minutes by car), offering everything you may need (including large super markets, mini-markets, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants and even doctors). Some cofee-shops even offer delivery, so with a little planning or waiting, you may avoid unnecessary trips to prepare breakfast.

Loved our stay

Pros: What a beautiful, new home! So clean. The patio has a great view of the sea. The ladies who work for the management company are super kind, and helpful. We liked how light it was inside the home, and the living room area is specious. We were given a second pair of keys, which was nice, and, there's great communication. They also included complimentary cleaning. The neighborhood feels safe, and we took evening walks. Also, there's a restaurant and beautiful church just down the hill. And if you walk a little further, there's a great little beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it, and return back. Thank you!

Cons: The only frustrating part was coordinating the key hand-off at the end of our stay. We felt like we could've left the keys in the box, but they don't allow for this. Figuring out what time we were heading out exactly, and giving them a 30 minute warning, was a bit of a challenge. Also (only if it matters to you), there's no hook for the shower head. But, that can easily be added. Also, no dishwasher, and just one bathroom (sometimes hard with three of us).
