Peaceful dreamy stay of mountains and kittens
Pros: It was a very peaceful stay! So relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Everything you need in an apartment!
Cons: Breakfast and cleaning service was an expensive. But other than that, I have no complaints! The host was amazing. He helped me get taxis whenever I needed. Sometimes 3 times a day and they would show up immediately. He responded quickly on WhatsApp. And allowed me to get a late check out when I really needed it because I was alone with my 6 month old baby.

Pros: This was our second stay at Vila Jarko, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is beautifully designed with a modern touch, spotlessly clean, and well organized. The pool is large, clean, and truly luxurious. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back again!

Spacious, stylish, and well-equipped — almost perfect
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Jarko Luxury Houses! The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully modern, and had everything we could possibly need — even cooking essentials like oil and coffee, which is rare in Greece. We truly enjoyed preparing meals and appreciated the bonus of a washing machine to handle our laundry. The panoramic view over Souda Bay from the balcony and large windows was breathtaking. Communication with the staff was warm and prompt — they were always quick to respond to our messages. Yes, there were some barking dogs nearby, as others have noted, but it didn’t bother us much.
Cons: Why I’m rating it a 9 instead of 10: quite a bit of the communication back and forth could have been avoided with a simple instruction sheet. Despite all the messaging, no one was there when we arrived and we had to wait. I also requested an extra blanket, which I never received — and with chilly, rainy weather on the first days, we ended up cold at night since the thin summer cover wasn’t enough. Luckily, we figured out how to use the heating on our own. It was the same with the hot water and clothes drying rack — we had to message the hosts to figure things out. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with tons of positives — especially the space and views — and a little more attention to guest info would make it absolutely perfect.

Beautiful apartment lovely pool
Pros: The property is amazing and service from Eva and team outstanding. Everything is spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast delivered to the door is a lovely touch h, thank you.
Cons: You can’t walk to a local taverna so need a car which wasn’t a problem for us as we were only there 1 full day but if there for a week would have been different. There are dogs barking almost all day which the owner is not able to control but it certainly disturbed our peace!

Great villa, good location
Pros: Beautifully Renovated Villa in a Perfect Location We had an amazing stay at the villa. It is newly renovated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location is just perfect, close to the most beautiful beaches in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, making it a joy to cook. The shower is spacious and luxurious, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The pool is fantastic, and the view is simply breathtaking. A special mention to the owner, who was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, making the experience perfect. We will definitely be coming back!
