Pros: Apartment was lovely, beds comfortable, good location and good atmosphere in the surrounding streets bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and the property management was very responsive when I accidentally locked myself out. They were there without 5-10 mins, thank you. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Clean, central, well equipped, lovely view from the rooftop terrace, close to parking and the Saturday markets.

Pros: The location was good. Very quiet. Nice restaurants near by. Bed very comfortable. Lots of hot water and very nice shower. The team who managed the accommodation couldn’t have been more helpful. They responded immediately and were so nice.

Excellent location

Pros: Pretty street and felt safe. Located slightly apart from the bustling tourist area but with its own seaside bars and restaurants frequented mainly by locals.

Cons: Update photos of terrace. A couple of mugs would have been useful. Update information leaflet for Wi-Fi. Instructions in English for washing machine, which was constantly used by other apartment.

Pros: Location was amazing. Very close to shops, beach but also very quiet. Apartment was very clean, tidy and with modern features. Roof top view was fabulous

Cons: Was quite small for a family of four. We struggled to find storage for our large suitcases

Nice little apartment in a quiet street of Chania

Pros: Nice little apartment, very clean, short walk to harbor, shopping, restaurants. Very kind and helpful staff. Super to have the option for air conditioning. Everything worked great and the value for the price was fantastic.

Cons: Room layout was a bit awkward and the rooms are on the smaller side. The outdoor table area was great and we sat out there a lot, but the area with the nice view is up a steep fire escape ladder. They made the most of the space, though, with a good shower and small but workable kitchen.

Pros: This property is in a good location and is very quiet.

Cons: The pictures show a roof top which is only accessible to the top floor unit. We did not have access which was a shame.

Pros: All super new and clean, very comfy beds, Katerina was very nice and welcoming. Nicely restored house in the old quarter.

Pros: Great location, nice and clean and well presented, enjoyed the outside space, good Wi-Fi and air con.

Cons: Difficult to access the roof top terrace and no umbrella for shade, some basic equipment missing from the kitchen including a sharp knife. Also would have been good to be able to separate the double in second bedroom into two singles and for there to have been spare sheets and duvet covers.
