Pleasant quiet spot perfect for relaxation

Loved it!

Pros: I loved my stay at this little studio and will definitely come back. The rooftop was fantastic...Perfect place to relax and enjoy ocean and mountain views. You can walk to the old town easily in 20 mins and it's a nice walk along the coastal path and through the short park area. The bed was super comfortable..and it felt really private.

Pros: Clean, practical studio apartment perched on the top floor surrounded by a massive, beautifully decorated roof terrace. Technically the terrace is partly shared by the building but we always had the whole space to ourselves. The apartment itself is a small space but has everything you need including a fridge, stove and oven. AC works decently well and, since it's high up (be aware there's no lift, need to climb several flights of stairs) it was also well ventilated by just the breeze even in summer when we stayed. Nice coffee shop, bakery and supermarket all within a minute walk. Easy to find street parking outside but still within walking distance of Chania (~30 mins) so a good option if you're renting a car.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom is comically small, which I guess has to be given the size of the room. Not a big deal just a bit annoying.

Perfect for a short stay in Chania town!

Pros: We stayed only one night, but we truly loved the place and we wish we could have stayed longer to visit all the places Eftychia recommended around town! The view from the terrace is unbeatable! The rooftop apartment was small but great for a short stay like ours.

Excellent!

Pros: Comfortable bed! Host welcoming and gave great recommendations. Nice view of ocean from bathroom window while you take a shower. It was small but perfect have everything we needed, pleasant walk to the main centre. Liked that there was fresh towels available as needed. Good coffee shops close by.

very nice appartment

Pros: very nice appartment, it has everything you need even for a longer stay (i've stayed for 44 days in Nov-Dec). the best feature is rooftop terrace, on sunny days you can spend the whole day there, wi-fi is working there. the sea is 5 min away on foot, you can see it from the roof. and the main thing - the owner of this place is very kind and nice person, she really cares for her guests and appartment. totally recommend!

Awesome

Pros: Great apartment with everything you might need - kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, there also is a laundry machine with detergent you can use. There also is a coffee machine. The rooftop view is stunning. You can relax on some comfy chairs there. The fridge was equipped with some beverages and we also got a welcome drink at the start :)

One of the best stays that I have ever experienced. The location of the residence is super, the host is the most helpful

Pros: The property has a very good location 30 mins walk from the heart of Chania city center and 5 mins by bus. The bus station is 2 mins walk from the residence.
