TESSERA Urban Chania

Pros: I had such a wonderful stay at Tessera Urban Suites in Chania. The suites are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail made the space feel truly welcoming. The location is excellent – close enough to the Old Town and the Venetian Harbor to enjoy the charm of Chania, but still peaceful and quiet at night. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Tessera Urban Suites exceeded my expectations. It felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania who wants a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

Pros: Location, facilities, comfort, value - and the ability to use a nearby private car park, which worked very well.

Cons: For some reason many sites/apps I routinely use would not function fully when using the Wi-Fi. This seemed mainly true of those requiring a subscription or otherwise depending on knowing who /where you are so I wondered if perhaps the WiFi access to the internet was via a VPN. Whatever the reason, I relied a lot on routing via my phone hotspot, as that worked fine. Not a problem, just not ideal.

Cons: Poor wifi - some applications and websites couldn’t load Water pressure low in the shower No bottle of water for the welcome in the fridge No lights on the corridor outside of the apartment Not enough towels for 7 days stay, as there is no cleaning service (a 2nd set of towels could be provided)

Pros: The apartment looks good, has a parking bear by, which is very convenient and is really close to the center. Right ourfront there is a small shop, next to it a few food places and a bakery.

Cons: It was not the cleanest place I've been to. At first glance it is clean, but some of the places were a bit neglected. It has a beautiful terrace but unfortunately it was a bit dirty to walk on, and one of the chairs has bird poo all over, which was definitely a few days old. Aldough there is a washing machine the drying rack that was on the terrace need a replacement- it is old and rusty and just needs a new one. Rather than that we were happy with the place and we would go back again. One more thing to add - I forgot my shoes on the balcony when we left and nobody wrote me after that they found it, which is a bit disappointing.

Lovely modern apartment

Pros: Lovely spacious modern apartment, comfortable, clean and good location not far from the harbour. Parking space is just a few minutes walk. Nice little balcony to sit out & quiet even though overlooking a main road.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like. Just be aware of the tiny lift as there's no inner door & took a few trips to get the luggage up to the apartment.

Pros: Spacious and very tasteful, well-equipped apartment in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. Possibility of parking in a nearby parking lot.

Cons: Since the apartment is in a very good location, there is unfortunately street noise.

Εξαιρετικό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα!

Pros: Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά στο διαμέρισμα και πεντακάθαρο. Ότι χρειαστήκαμε το είχαμε . Πριν έρθω διάβασα στα σχόλια ότι τα κλιματιστικά δεν είναι καθαρά και ότι το ασανσέρ δεν είναι καλό. Αυτά τα δύο σχόλια δεν είναι ισχύουν! Και τα δύο κλιματιστικά δουλεύουν εξαιρετικά και το ασανσέρ είναι σε καλή κατάσταση. Το πάρκινγκ είναι δύο τετράγωνα δίπλα και μας βολέψει απίστευτα όπως και η θέση του διαμερίσματος μιας και είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο! Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Περάσαμε τέλεια. Το δωμάτιο πολύ βολικό. Την επόμενη φορά θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή

Pros: Η τοποθεσία του πολύ καλή. Ακριβώς έξω από την παλιά πόλη με πρόσβαση στα πάντα και 5’ με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη. Μας παρείχε και θέση σε ιδιωτικό γκαράζ 3’ με τα πόδια

Δεύτερη φορά στην Κρήτη , κάθε φορά περνάμε και πιο ωραία !

Pros: Η διακόσμηση και ότι ο οικοδεσπότης επιχείρηση καφέ και τσάι στην κουζίνα .

Cons: Δεν είχε προϊόντα περιποίησης .Μονο body lotion .
