Central apt. with parking - 3 min from old port

Central Apartments, Chania

Pros: The apartment was beautifully made up on arrival. The standard of cleanliness was brilliant and the layout was really good too. Very spacious with most of the household items you might need for your stay, including additional things such as fruit along with the host's homemade honey and olive oil ready to try. These small touches made the stay more special! A bus schedule was also printed for us which made planning so much easier. The location was perfect as everything was so close by. Overall a great apartment! The host was extremely helpful and friendly himself and we loved meeting him too!

Cons: The area immediately around the property is not the best and upon arrival, the entrance is not the most promising. However, just a street away is where you can head towards Chania's main square and the bus station is around a 3-minute walk from the place, so no complaints there.

Pros: We appreciated the location. The comfortability of the space. The availability of Kostas at every communication. He welcomed us with Raki and assorted foods in the kitchen which was really kind. And, so happy to have a parking space in downtown Chania. Priceless.

Cons: The entrance to the building. Kostas can do nothing about this, but at night, it's quite dark going into the building...until you can locate the light switch.

Pros: Very nice apartmant close to the old town with own parking lot and balkony. Comfortable beds, good AC, brand new bathroom.

Cons: The doors are bit noisy which can be disturbing in the middle of the night. It was not a big issue though.

We had an excellent stay with my family!

Pros: We stayed the last week of May 2024 with my family (4 adults) and had a great time! Nice 2 bedroom appartement with *very* comfortable beds & pillows, balcony with view to the Creatn mountains, *excellent* location with everything within a 250 meters radius (old town, KTEL bus station, TAXI stations, Grocery stores) which is really convenient. Will definitely stay here again with my family, loved our stay, we highly recommend it!

Cons: Nothing really, the building entrance is not as nice (esthetically) as the apartment but has a convenient elevator.

Lovely stay, well equipped, nice treats and close to Chania Old port

Pros: Great place! Apartment was spacious and had everything you need, walking distance from Chania Old port. Lovely welcome details like Raki, olive oil and honey all from owner harvest.

Great host central, spacious, clean, included car park.

Pros: Perfect location, minutes away from the old town. Amenities like bus terminus, pharmacies, supermarkets in very close proximity. The apartment is actually spacious enough for 6 people and epuipped with all you might need. The apartment price includes the car park situated 3min away. Loved that they was Netflicks available 😉

Cons: No guard door on the lift.

Central location, spacious and friendly host.

Pros: The host was very friendly in his communication and generous to offer a late check-out since no one was arriving after us. We found the place to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location for exploring the city. It was helpful to be able to do a self-check in as we arrived later than expected and I didn't have to update anyone or know they were waiting for us. The products left for us to try were also a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.

Cons: As others have said, the entrance to the building is dated and dark and the elevator is old but in working condition which we appreciated. However, these are not things that the owner has much control over. The apartment was a little musty smelling upon arrival but opening the balcony doors helped bring in some fresh air.

Bel appartement

Pros: L'appartement est très bien placé, à proximité de la vieille ville et du port, le parking à 5 minutes à pied est un vrai plus. L'appartement est confortable, très bien aménagé et très propre, c'était parfait !

Cons: Rien.

Siamo stati molto bene.

Pros: Posizione centrale molto comoda si arriva a piedi in centro, finestre molto ben insonorizzate, aria condizionata ovunque, parcheggio 3 minuti a piedi. Soprattutto un ben venuto in cibo ed acqua fresca in frigorifero da parte del proprietario che all’arrivo serve. Molto gentile.

Cons: Migliorerei la zona pranzo, togliendo un mobile in modo da ampliare lo spazio che c’è fra il tavolo ed il piano cottura.
