Relaxing stay at spacious apartment with balcony
Pros: We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this charming neighborhood of Chania. We could go on foot to Nea Chora Beach, which was sandy with crystal clear water. The hosts were welcoming and gave us fresh produce from the garden and home made delicacies. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, quiet and with beautiful furniture, air conditioning and a lovely balcony. I will definitely book again next time I am in Chania.

Pros: Beautiful , large and very clean apartment on the 2nd floor ideal for 6 people. Walking distance about 10 -15 min to the old town. Easy parking. Spacious terrace , dining and living room, three fully equiped and air-conditioned bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a small bathroom . There is a surprising and intersting lift to the apartment . The family that runs the flat is very helpful and friendly. They treat you warm and welcome you with some surprises like fruit, drinks and more... WiFi is working properly . A lot of freshh flowers an nice deciration in the apartment. Very comfortable for a long stay. Thank you Giannis and Irini for your hospitality :)
Cons: Everything is fine. There are some small details that can help improve even more the overall excellent impression. It will be easier to shower if you can hang the hand-shower somewhere on the wall in both bathrooms. The small bathroom needs a small mirror. Kitchen facilities are great , but can be amplified with a potato-peeling device , a new water-boiling device (the existing needs decalcifying) or a microwave oven. A better coffee machine (for example with capsules not filter) will be great.

Great location with good amenities and the apartment was owned by a very friendly family who live below. This is a bonus
Pros: Well located within easy reach of the centre and there was a cafe/bakery and a restaurant in the same street. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk.

Pros: Very nice spacious ,modern apartment ,close to the beach and public transport. The cleanliness standards are outstanding. The hosts are very nice, friendly people treated us like family members. I would stay again

Pros: The hosts are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and guest-oriented. They welcomed us with freshly squeezed orange juice and special Cretan pastries. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully renovated, well-maintained, extremely clean, and well-equipped. It is conveniently located near a bakery and a small grocery store. Easy access to the beach and the city center. There is no dedicated parking, but there is usually parking available in front of the apartment.

Beautiful and spacious apartment
Pros: The apartment was extremely spacious, it consists of 3 bedrooms with AC, one of them also having a small bathroom, 3 balconies, a large living room and a spacious terrace. And the host was really friendly and hospitable, he brought us oranges and cake. I recommend it with pleasure.
Cons: In one of the bedroom we could hear bells in the morning from a church near by.

Incredible place and incredible hosts!
Pros: The most hospitable people I have ever met. Patelakis family met us with desserts and wine, cooked a dinner for us, and were super nice and welcoming. They treated us like we're part of their family. The apartment is huge, with two bathrooms, and almost every room has a balcony + a giant terrace in the living room with the sea view. We had 6 people and everybody had a comfortable bed. The beach is very close, 10-15 min walk down the street. The town center is 20 min away, which is also not far away. Definitely recommend this place, you won't regret it.
Cons: - The lock in the entrance door is very hard to open and close - Spacios but absolutely empty balconies in the bedrooms (nowhere to sit, no tables, nowhere to hang wet clothes) - No dishwasher - No microwave
