KOSTAS HOUSE

Great location, great host

Pros: Kostas is a great host, very helpful and resourceful. He helped me moving around town and finding services (e.g. dry cleaning, parking spots, etc...), beside being very kind. Location is great, I honestly didn't know Chania before and I happily found out that location is great, it's basically close to everything and plenty of free parking around - just be aware that on Saturday there is a market nearby limiting the access to the apartment. As well, WiFi was great, I didn't use it for work but it seemed fast and reliable. If you are a remote worker / digital nomad, this is the property you are looking for, since you won't need a car to move around, plenty of nice bar and restaurants around, and stable and reliable WiFi. All in all, Kostas is a great host and the apartment was excellent!

Great appartment

Pros: The apartment is situated in the perfect location - in the center, but in a smaller street, so it isn't noisy. It's really well equipped with everything we needed. The owner is very thoughtful and nice, making sure that we had everything, which we really appreciate. We've really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Pros: Very kind and helpful, flexible owner. The house is in a great location and clean. It is well equipped. Everything is easily accessible. Very good location!

Pros: Podobała nam się lokalizacja bo, owszem, na starym mieście ale jednocześnie w całkiem cichym miejscu. Poza tym wygoda i bliskość do miejscowych sklepów, kawiarni i plaży. Pomocni gospodarze. Z pewnością jeszcze tu wrócimy 🙂

Pros: L'accueil, pourtant avant l'heure prévue. L'emplacement idéalement situé au bord de la vieille ville, les fournitures café eau huile épices etc.

Cons: La literie en 130 , creusée en son milieu,où chaque ressort nous casse le dos. Bref à vite remplacer.

Pros: Excellente communication avec les hôtes, localisation très proche du coeur de ville à pied. L’appartement est très proche et très bien équipé. Un parking gratuit à proximité (5 min à pied) : il faut un peu de patience pour trouver une place mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer.

Pros: Posizione perfetta a pochi minuti dal centro, a meno di un minuti a piedi, casa ben arredata con tutto il necessario per vivere in maniera piacevole il soggiorno.

Cons: L’appartamento è in una buona posizione, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti da tenere in considerazione. Il parcheggio è molto problematico: non c’è un posto auto dedicato e nelle vie adiacenti i posteggi sono riservati ai residenti permanenti. Anche trovare parcheggio nelle zone a pagamento è complicato, soprattutto il venerdì sera, perché il sabato mattina c’è il mercato proprio dietro casa. Sapevamo che il letto fosse a una piazza e mezza, ma segnaliamo comunque che in due si dorme piuttosto scomodi. Inoltre, il materasso è molto sottile e poco confortevole, tanto da averci causato mal di schiena a fine soggiorno. Con qualche miglioramento (un vero letto matrimoniale, materasso più comodo e indicazioni più chiare sul parcheggio), il soggiorno potrebbe essere molto più piacevole.

Pros: J’ai passé un très bon séjour, idéalement situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville ; il y a aussi une supérette au coin de la rue pour des petites courses La maison est très propre, confortable et bien équipée; L’hôte est une personne pleine d’attention, réactif et arrangeant, il m’ a aidé à réserver un taxi pour mon départ à 6h du matin. Je recommande sans hésitation.
