Happy, basic inexpensive beach place.

Pros: Location close to the beach with a lovely 25 min walk along the sea into town. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and there are even beach towels to borrow. The balcony was huge and very pleasant to have breakfast on. Large comfy bed.

Cons: Strangely to a British person, there were no bedclothes. Just a bottom sheet and a folded top sheet which hardly covered the bed. No TV reception and poor wifi but this didn’t bother me unduly.

Pros: The place is quite nice and is in fact just 2 minutes walk from the beach. The owner is helpful and I really like how he has beach towels prepared separately on the lower level. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy.

Cons: The bathroom is a little old and rusty, so it would require some rennovation

Decent place - good value for money

Pros: The host, Mr Constantinos - first, he agreed to let us check-in earlier, and was overall very nice (and speaks English very well, it's also worth mentioning). Then, we had an accident of loosing one backpack on our way to the place, and he provided us with phone charger and many useful information on how we could try to find it. Overall very nice man. The view from the room was nice, overlooking the street heading to the city beach. The place itself is on 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city centre and the old town.

Cons: Bathroom is small, but, then again, it was to be expected, since the booking price was not as high as some other neighbouring places I've checked beforehand.

Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms. I arrived late (23:00) and the owner was there to welcome me and provide information where I could find a good restauraunt.

Great location, great staff and good value for money.

Pros: Great service - the staff was super friendly and always helpful. The location is great! Two min walk from the beach and 15 min walk from the main buss station in town. Also 15 min walk to old town. Lots of resturants and cafes arround. Always clean. The pictures does not do the place justice. Owner made us feel like were at home.

Cons: Wifi could have been better.

Nice stay

Pros: Center room at chania (nea chora) just 2min by walk to the main beach. Many restaurants, coffees and stores in the aria. The room was amazing clean the lady makes a very good work, full equipment kitchen, tv, double bed and balcony.

Cons: Weak WiFi.
