Fantastic stay near Chania old town and port!

Pros: Fully furnished place as if it’s like your second house. We were total surprised to see a lot of items were equipped, which are necessary for travelers but sometimes missing in guest houses. We found following items: Phone chargers not only for iPhone lighting cable but also for smartphones type-c cable. Hair curlers. Drying rack.

Cons: There’s almost nothing we could find a room for improvement here. If we need to say, as (I believe) many houses have similar system, this building uses solar thermal energy for producing hot water. So, it may surprise you when this system doesn’t work. So, I would recommend you to carefully read memorandum the owner prepared in which you can see what you need to in such cases.

Everything what you need and even more

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed and even more. The owner was super helpful and responsive and we were really happy with the location - it was walking distance to the old city and nice restaurants but at the same time, slightly away from touristy crowds. Also - we travel a lot and for the first time had a bed which was almost as comfortable as our bed at home!

Pros: Amazing apartment with some wonderful touches provided by our hosts over Easter! Apartment is beautiful with two balconies, the bed is one of the most comfortable we've slept in in a booked apartment and you are mere feet from the sea. Would 100% come again, it was truly wonderful and we highly recommend

Comfortable and quiet

Pros: This is a brand new building. The materials, furniture and even the floor tiles feel of the highest quality. The room had all the equipment you will need for a self-catering stay. The room has balconies on both sides, letting plenty of light in. Loved the automatic shutters that keep the light out at night. Balcony comes with full furniture for you to work from, eat or relax. Internet was at 50/5 mbits. The neighborhood, Koum Kapi, is quiet, residential, on the seafront and within walking distance of the Old Town. Many of the locals congregate on its seafront coffee shops and taverns. The owner is very welcoming, hospitable and very responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: The safety light on the ceiling is too bright, you might need a sleeping mask or find a creative way of dealing with it.

Pros: Very modern and well equipped Appartment. Just 100m to the sea. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Perfect stay in Chania

Pros: Very clean property and location was perfect. The host was easily contactable and was very friendly, even booked us our return taxi home. Would recommend 10/10 stay!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, im 3. Stock eines gepflegten Hauses. Sie befindet sich in einem netten Viertel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt mit einem kleinen Strand und vielen Lokalen entlang einer Promenade. Panagiotis, der Eigentümer war immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Selbst für Snacks, Kaffee und Tee war gesorgt.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Très confortable avec tous les besoins plus des petites gâteries et une petite bouteille de raki à déguster. L’hôtesse est très pro active et répond rapidement. Bien situé dans une rue calme mais près de tout. Excellent séjour.

Cons: À proximité de la plage. Cette plage n’a pas de chaises longues ni de parasols mais est bordée de restaurants
