Central penthouse in quiet neighborhood near sandy beach

Comfortable apartment in a great residential area just a bit away from the usual tourist beat.

Pros: Great neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and beach nearby and Thursday market just a couple of streets away. Super helpful host gave us excellent restaurant suggestions. Lovely terrace with comfortable seats. Gorgeous local olive oil and honey toiletries in the bathroom (the shop is nearby if you want to buy some to take home!) Secure private parking on site.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very nice appartement! Stavos was a great host as well, helping us out if we needed anything and being very accomodating.

Pros: The apartment is the perfect location to explore Chania by foot. The city beach and the old town are only a few minutes walk away. It is located next to a playground with supermarkets close by. Once a week there is a cute little local food market around the corner where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. The big terrace is the perfect spot to relax after walking around in the city. Pavlos is such a nice host and helped us with anything we needed and had great recommendations about restaurants and places to go. We would definitely come back here for another stay.

Pros: Location was great, you could walk anywhere you want, covered parking on site, helpful and super friendly hosts

Cons: The bath is small, and you can't take a standing shower (no hook for the shower head) but it wasn't such a problem for us because we are short people.

A spacious apartment with a large terrace located very close to beaches and the old town.

Pros: The host was waiting for us upon arrival meaning no waiting for us. They gave us a tour of the apartment, got us oriented, and were continuosly available for any problems.

Cons: We had an issue with the cooktop, but the hosts addressed that problem immediately and ultimately purchased and installed a new unit. There were also some intermittent issues with the internet for several days but that seamed to resolve itself.

Pros: Accueil très chaleureux, apparemment superbe avec très belle et grande terrasse. Avec une place parking

Pros: L'accueil avec sympathie, fruit frais et conseils, la terrasse, la situation géographique, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, canapé familial confortable, parking sur place, le logement était très propre!

Cons: Le matelas du lit parental s'affaisse au milieu, pas assez confortable pour nous.

Pros: Beliggenheten var flott, nær strand, restauranter, butikker. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme vert. Velkomsten med «raki» og frukt. Anbefales på det starkeste.

Bel endroit entre la nouvelle et vieille ville

Pros: Bon emplacement à 5min à pied de la plage et 10min du centre de la vieille ville. L'appartement est grand et confortable. Il est aussi bien équipé, avec un léger bémol sur le lave linge et le four, qui nous ont pris un peu de temps à faire marcher. Gros plus pour les propriétaires, qui sont très gentils et ont répondus et toutes nos questions avec rapidité.

Pros: Die Lage ist optimal, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom (touristischen) Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung ist hell und riesig, die Küche voll ausgestattet - und die Terrasse (bei guten Wetter) fantastisch. Für den geschützten Parkplatz sollte es eigentlich einen elften Punkt geben.
