Great and pleasant experience!

Pros: The place is very spacious for a large group of people with comfortable beds. It was very clean. Also, the kitchen is very well equiped and there is also an iron for clothes in the apartment. There is enough parking space in front of the building.

Pros: It was on good location, very cozy and clean. It is perfect if you travel in group. Parking available , I would definitely recommend to anyone!

The ovner George was very hospitable and kind. We spent beautiful week in Chania.

Pros: The apartment is big and comfortable, it has fully equipped kitchen. It has two terraces and everything you need. The ovners family have an excellent restaurant on the beach, named Manos. I recomend it, the food is local, fresh and tasty.

Pros: The place was really clean and comfortable. It actually was better than in the pictures. The apartment is very spacious with an amazing shared living room and double balconies/terraces. The place was well furnished. You felt that the owner had taken everything into consideration and all furnitures and utensils were great quality. The beds were really comfortable. Massive plus for having ac in each separate rooms. The bedrooms were spacious and each room had it's own access to balcony. The apartment had an washing machine which came really handy considering we spent a week in there. The host was amazing! We felt really welcomed in the place. He was very helpfull and attentive if we had any questions or inquiries in general. As a plus they have amazing restaurant and cafe in the nearby beach where we spent some time and enjoyed amazing food. I would wholeheartedly recommend the apartment to anyone staying at Chania.

Cons: The only thing thats good to take into consideration is that the apartment is not located in the old town. However it is very close to everywhere in chania with 10/15 minutes walk to the old town or nearby beach. Also taking into consideration that the taxi fares in Crete are very affordable this is not an issue at all(5-7 euros to old town). There is a small market thats open 24/7 (i think, at least it was open whenever we went there)where you can get all the essentials for breakfast etc. Literally 20 meters from the apartment.

Very good accomodations with a few disappointments.

Pros: The room really nice and was very spacious with a large living space and large kitchen. There was a lot of space for circulation and a nice balcony sitting areas. The place was newly renovated and clean. The room accommodated 6 of us. We were in Crete for a wedding and the two washrooms were a must. We stayed there for 5 nights.

Cons: Our flight had an early arrival and the site advertised that they have a luggage hold drop off but when I called, I was told to drop them luggage off at a tavern far away from the property and paid an additional 20 Euros to get there by taxi. They did bring the luggage back to the room for us upon my request but we were already disappointed by this service. The owner could of been more responsive to telephone calls. Usually the first call went unanswered. We stayed at a number of rooms like this one which are not hotels and found the hosts were more generous with some bottled water, coffee and even snacks. On the site there is a photo of a nesspresso machine but no capsules were offered as they were at our other stays. When I asked, I was told, I would have to buy them. Callista represents itself like a hotel and coffee is offered in every hotel. Other small details like salt and pepper, paper towels, we had to buy. Not the owners fault but be aware it's not located within walking distance of the main town. We had a car but when we split up, the other part of the group had a difficult time hailing a taxi from the street. Hopefully this helps future renters and provides some suggestions to the host to bring it up to equal the nice space.
