Spacious comfort in an ideal location

Pros: The location is amazing. Quiet beach but a beautiful walk to Chania old town. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Dimitris was a great host. Super helpful and flexible.

Cons: Frontage on a road so no view but we were aware of this when we booked so did not impact our stay.

Great location, wonderful spacious modern apartment and we loved the extra gifts on arrival.

Pros: Apartments was very spacious with three bathrooms. Clean and tidy and great location. Staff easy to deal with.

Cons: If we did a load of washing you could not go anywhere until it was finished as the power goes out, air con also goes out.

Perfect apartment will everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the beach and a lovely short stroll to the old town

Pros: Apartment had everything you need for a perfect holiday. Very spacious, comfortable beds, great showers and a fabulous outside seating area with jacuzzi splash pool. Overlooked the marina and 20 metres from a sandy beach. The apartment was cool inside and we didn’t need to use the air con which was a bonus. Great restaurants in new chora beach. Our favourite was 50/50 which also has live Greek music on Fridays and Saturdays downstairs in the marina. Demetrius was a wonderful host. The road in front is very quiet.

Cons: Nothing, fulfilled all our needs.

We had a great relaxing week with 2 families staying at Utopia luxury apartments,

Pros: modern clean spacious apartment with everything you needed. Dimitris was very service minded and helpful with everything that we needed. location was great! short walk to the beach and great restaurants and short walk to the city centre. playground just across the road perfect for the kids to have a play.

En lyxig lägenhet med extra allt.

Pros: Ett boende med extra allt. Vi hade höga förväntningar, men dessa överträffades. Allt finns i lägenheten och mer därtill. Städat vid ankomst förutom en liten död kackerlacka, men inga konstigheter när man reser till värmen. Lägenheten var verkligen välutrustad, bekväm och låg väldigt bra. En kort promenad till stranden, flera bra restauranger och ca 8 min promenad till Chania gamla staden. Fina omgivningar för löpning/ promenader mm. Fullträff helt enkelt! Jätte trevlig värd som var lätt att kommunicera med.

Cons: Högljudda grannar tyvärr som bidrog till att nyttja uteplatsen med pool var omöjligt 4 av 7 eftermiddagar
