Hellene Αpartment near Chania City Centre

Pros: Building is new as it is the apartment. Spacious with top kitchen and bathroom, huge shower that I believe it’s not so common in Chania. Washing machine and dishwasher are useful add ons as it is the web tv for the kids.

Cons: Both the building and the apartments are new and we appreciated everything. Chania fancy city center is just 10/15 minutes walking distance. During high season you might have some trobles parking around (free) after dinner time, no issue if you park earlier. The immediate surrounding of the building are not super nice but in 10 minutes you’ll be in the midst of fascinating Chania down town.

Pros: Apartment very close to the center with everything you need in it.

Cons: It doesn't have parking and it was a bit difficult to find it next to the building.

Pros: location was super nice. just about a kilometer from the city centre

Cons: the matress and the pillows was too hard. other than that the room was perfect.

Perfect, well appointed and equipped apartment for a quiet week away in Chania

Pros: A modern, newly built building with excellent communal facilities & services. Liked the location, in a quiet residential area very close to the main town centre. Just a 5 or 6 minute walk to main Bus Station. Easy uncomplicated access and the access instructions & codes forwarded to me by the managing agents the day before my arrival to find keys were clear & straightforward. Great communication with agents and if I had had a problem I’m sure it would have been resolved quickly. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and the host had left a few complimentary snacks & coffees to welcome me on my arrival. Spacious bathroom and shower. The washer was very easy to operate. Recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again

Cons: The balcony was small with a view of the internal courtyard. I’d have liked a garden chair and perhaps a small/petite table to sit at. But then, hey, a minor gripe as I’ve come to see Chania and for the coastal walking; not sit all day gawking at the neighbours washing!

Pros: Very comfortable apartment near the city. In the surrounding area there is a supermarket, a coffee shop just 5 minutes by foot from the beaches of New Greece and 10 minutes from the center. The apartment had all the amenities. It was fully equipped.

Lovely Chania, completely stress free and excellent stay at the apartment.

Cons: Parking was sometimes difficult as it is street parking only, but in 10 min one can find a good spot free of charge.

Globalement, excellent séjour.

Pros: Situé dans une rue et un immeuble calmes, l'appartement est superbe, confortable, correctement équipé en matériel et ustensiles, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le centre ville, sans être à proximité, est facilement joignable à pieds.

Cons: Das einzige ,was uns gefehlt hat,war eine fehlende Balkongarnitur und ein Nachttisch. Der Rest hat sehr gut gepasst.

Tutto ok

Pros: Appartamento nuovo e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Noi abbiamo trovato molto comodo il ritiro e la riconsegna delle chiavi tramite un locker. Posizione buona perché è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città ed è in una via tranquilla quindi non si sentono rumori esterni. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma bisogna parcheggiare lungo la strada. Noi abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio senza difficoltà nella via sotto casa nonostante fosse agosto. La posizione è comoda anche per raggiungere con l'auto le vie principali per raggiungere varie spiaggie.

Cons: Nella camera sarebbe comodo avere dei comodini di fianco al letto e delle luci più piccole oltre a quella principale della stanza, magari per poter leggere. Abbiamo trovato alcune macchie sul coprimaterasso. Era pulito perché profumava di bucato, ma la presenza di quelle macchie non era molto invitante.

Pros: Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hellene Apartment Die Küche war super ausgestattet von einer Saftpresse bis hin zum wasserkocher ist alles vorhanden .Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Küche so benötigt. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein super bequemes Boxspringbett und eine sehr leise Klimaanlage und einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank! Im Badezimmer hatten wir sogar eine Waschmaschine die wir auch genutzt haben! Im Wohnzimmer gab es ein Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten mit einen großen Smart TV da ist Netflix und alles vorhanden. Das ganze Haus sieht sehr neu und Modern aus und es hat alles noch neu und frisch gerochen! Die Lage ist auch super Zentral!

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!
