Perfect location, very clean and modern apartment, kind host.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, had a perfect location only a few minutes walking distance to the beach and old town. The whole building was new and fresh, calm and quiet at night. The parking was appreciated, however you need a smaller car (and driving experience) because the spacing is quite narrow. The host is very kind and helpful, we arrived late at night but we could still call the host and get help with everything.

Perfect stay

Pros: The property is very recent, very well arranged and equipped. Very comfortable. It is perfectly located, 10 minutes walking distance from the Venetian Port. The parking at the property is definitely a plus, as parking in the centre of Chania could be quite challenging in peak season. Easy check out and check in Smooth communication with the owner.

Pros: L emplacement du logement permet de tout faire à pied: plage, visites culturelles, vieux port. L appartement est neuf bien agencé, avec ascenseur, confortable. Il y a 1 place de parking. Propriétaire très avenant et investi.

Cons: Le supplément demandé au propriétaire d un chien pour le ménage final est de 12 euros par jour , ce qui me semble très élevé, pour un Yorkshire. Mais le propriétaire a consenti une ristourne conséquente.

Good long stay in a shiny new place.

Pros: This place is brand new and has parking, which is a huge plus if you want a car to drive around the island. Rent a SMALL car, you will be grateful for that. This parking garage is extremely tight and just driving around town and other roads you will find many squeeze situations! The apartment is very comfortable and has all essentials. We did quite a bit of cooking as we were there over a week. Owner is extremely responsive and quick to answer your text:) The location is fine, and note that the balcony is not out to the street but rather into the courtyard of the surrounding apartment buildings...so it was much quieter than I thought it would be. You can walk to Old Town and restaurants and grocery. I recommend:)

Sehr schöner gemütlicher Aufenthalt in guter Lage mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Pros: Sehr schöne und super saubere Neubauwohnung, die eigentlich Platz für 4 Personen bietet (wir waren nur zu Zweit dort). Mit allem was man zum täglichem Leben benötigt und noch mehr, wie 2 Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Fön. Die Lage ist perfekt, in nur wenige Gehminuten ist man am Strand und in der Stadt. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist auch vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und die Übergabe der Wohnung war total unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons: Leider war der Urlaub irgendwann vorbei und wir mussten wieder abreisen.

Υπέροχη εμπειρία στο Thalo Maison

Pros: Η διαμονή μας στο Thalo Maison ήταν εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ολοκαίνουργιο, πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Παράλληλα είναι απόλυτα λειτουργικό και πρακτικό, ιδανικό για την άνετη φιλοξενία τεσσάρων ατόμων. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πραγματικά προνομιακή: μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία της Νέας Χώρας και περίπου 10 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη των Χανίων. Έτσι μπορούσαμε να απολαύσουμε και τη θάλασσα και τις βόλτες μας στο κέντρο χωρίς να χρειαστούμε μετακινήσεις με αυτοκίνητο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός, πρόθυμος και εξυπηρετικός σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, ήταν από τα ωραιότερα διαμερίσματα που έχουμε νοικιάσει για διακοπές και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στα Χανιά. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά άνεση, καθαριότητα και ιδανική τοποθεσία!

Pros: Lokalizacja na nogach dosłownie 5 minut od plaży, 10 minut od starego portu. Piekarnie i sklepy w odległości od 50-200m. Apartament jest 2-poziomowy na 4-5 piętrze co sprawia że widok robi wrażenie. Na balkonie codziennie rano można zjeść śniadanie i wypić kawę. 2 łazienki dają ogromny komfort. Kuchnia, salon i sypialnia są to oddzielne pomieszczenia więc spokojnie dla 4 dorosłych osób lub 2+1/2. A wyposażenie, czystość i wykonanie jest na ponad 10+. Bardzo uprzejmi właściciele, pomocni od początku do samego wyjazdu. Dostępni pod telefonem 24h. Apartament jest nowy jeszcze pachnie nowością. Wszystko było dostępne nawet odkurzacz, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka, pralka, zmywarka itd czego brakuje w wielu apartamentach.
