Summer Blue Apartments Chania

Amazing!

Pros: Great location, just a few minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Far enough from the busy areas to be nice and peaceful. Ample parking. Not too far from the supermarkets. Very clean apartment. Complimentary Raki and amazing oranges to freshly squeeze! Friendly host who supplied me with all the information I needed to arrange trips on my stay. Beach towels supplied, good facilities for cooking and laundry. Netflix was also handy for a quiet night in. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for living. It was nice that it was orange season, so the host left us a quarter of the fridge to eat and make our own orange juice :) The communication with the owner was very good and pleasant. If I were planning a trip to Crete again, I would definitely return to this apartment.

Cons: Too short stay

Pros: Excellent: Spacious, clean apartment, calm area, good AC, parking available, kind host.

Cons: If you do not have a car, the city center of Chania or the rest of Crete might feel far away since public transport is not optimal in the island.

Pros: We had a great time at Stella’s place! She was very welcoming with a lot of good tips. She provided us with with nice fresh oranges 🍊 The appartment is very well equipped and well thought of: Small details like olive oil, coffee pads, some basic spices etc. appartment was very clean and in easy walking distance to beautiful beaches. Also the local bus is an easy way of traveling around Chania :) Higly recommend this place especially for the good price :)

Pros: We stayed as a family with a two-year-old child for a week at Summer Blue Apartments Chania and it was a wonderful experience. The owner is a truly kind and warm person — she shared great tips on what to visit in the area, taking into account that we were traveling with a small child. The apartment was exceptionally clean and perfectly equipped. We found everything we needed: a washing machine, iron, all types of kitchen utensils and pots, a coffee maker, and even a citrus juicer. The location is fantastic — the beach “Παραλία Γλάρος” is just a 5–7 minute walk away. It is ideal for families with small children: very safe, with shallow water for a long distance. Shops like Lidl and Synka are available nearby, so shopping for groceries was very convenient. We highly recommend this apartment for families with young children — everything exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful stay

Pros: Very clean and comfy apartment with a spacious terrace and a great view. A lot of parking places in the yard. Very pleasant and peaceful neighbourhood. Walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants in the area. Stella was a very friendly host and ready to help with anything we needed. We were even provided with fresh oranges and enjoyed delicious orange juice for breakfast throughout our stay which was truly amazing! All the things made our holidays unforgettable. Recommend everyone.

Pros: Fantastic location, only 2 minutes away from the beach. The host makes sure you get everything you need. The flat was clean, modern, and quite spacious. We will definitely come back.

Perfect stay for family with baby

Pros: Everything was perfect! Stella is an amazing host, she is very kind and caring person. She welcomed us with oranges from her garden and with traditional Greek products. The apartment was fully-equiped, very spacious, clean and cosy. There was a crib for the baby as we requested and Stella also provided us with a high chair and toys for our daughter which was very nice. The apartment is located in a quiet place, there are several beaches nearby. Stella recommended one of them to us as the most suitable for a family with a small child, the beach was clean, the sea was calm and shallow. There is a bus stop not far from the apartment, from where you can get to Chania. Also within walking distance there are many taverns and several minimarkets, a pharmacy and a store with fresh seafood.

Excellent hospitality

Pros: Overall, the stay was excellent. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped and it is situated in a calm neighbourhood. The host provided us with the information we needed and suggested some really good places to go to.
