Xenios Dias Luxury Apartments With Sea View

A superb stay!

Pros: We had the most brilliant holiday staying at the property. It's minutes walk to two beautiful beaches, a park, restaurants and shops. Plenty to do even if staying without renting a car. If you do, the parking spaces are in front of the building, so you can see the car. The apartment is gorgeously furnished, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Last but not least, the owner is super friendly, was on hand if we needed anything and even brough more coffee pods for me.

Simply perfect!

Pros: Beautiful well-equipped apartment with everything that you might need. Great location, 2 mins to the beach, Chania centre can be reached in 15 mins from a bus stop right outside. Antonis was a great host, looking after us well throughout our vacation.

Cons: There are few things that would make the place even 11 out of 10. Dishwasher would be great, slightly harder matrace and a deck chair on the terrace would be also nice, so you could relax over a good book outside.

Pros: The apartment was clean, and you have anything you need to stay like at home.Beaches and beachvolley courts very close.Bus stop is in front of the house,but you can also walking to old town,distance about 4 kilometres. Around you can find many restaurants and food markets 10 minutes a walk.If you rent a car,then you can park free front of the apartment.Antonis was very kind and helpful. Strong recommendation 👌

Perfect apartment, perfect location

Pros: Absolute perfection! Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need . It was so clean with a extremely comfortable bed. Antonis was so helpful giving us all the information we required to enjoy our stay. The location is so convenient. Parking right at the apartment. There is a local bus across the street (15 minutes into Chania) The bus is every 15 minutes removing the hassle of finding parking in town. There are great restaurants within walking distance and beautiful beaches. We highly recommend staying here and wish Antonis continued success 🙏😊

Recommended stay for friend, pair and family vacation!

Pros: The location is very nice, 1 min to bus stop (directly to the city center), 5 mins to the beach (clean, less crowded and nice view), 500m away there is a market where we could get all needed stuffs. Host Antonis is very kind, friendly and nice! The room is very well equipped which ensure us to really cook something nice! Very cozy stay, we would love to be here again soon.

Pros: The apartment was realy nice and big, beautifully decorated. Very clean. It’s maybe one minute walk to a nice sandy beach and maybe 3 minutes walk to a small cliff with little church that you can catch beautiful sunsets from. The markets are so close and so are the restaurants. There is a bus stop close to the apartment where you can catch a bus to go to Chania, it’s maybe 12min drive. I would definitely choose this place again.
