Pros: We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Gems. The apartment was modern, beautiful, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Our hostess was incredibly welcoming and kind, offering great local tips that made our trip special. A perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Pros: The attention from Giannis and Maria with us was the most impressive part of the stay. We arrived late night because our flight got delayed and they made sure to bring us some local food since we were not able to eat outside as everything was closed! I could list many other things but this was way more than what we were expecting or could ask for. The apartment is modern, everything works well and you will be few minutes away from a quiet and lovely beach to stay with Family.

Cons: Nothing, everything exceed our expectations.

The location was perfect — quiet .... A special thank for the amazing couple maria and giannis the owners who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Truly a five-star experience!

Beautiful Apartment in Perfekt Location

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at gems apartment in Kissamos! The apartment has a spacious: living area including a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with large double beds, and two modern bathrooms. There are also two balconies, and everything-in the apartment is very new, clean, and stylishly furnished. T A big plus is the private parking on the property - you can always park easily without having to look for a spot. The location is also perfect: just 150-200 meters from the nicest-beach in Kissamos, with restaurants and shops close by as well. 1| It's also a great base for exploring western Crete - from famous beaches like Balos and Elafonissi to hiking destinations and traditional villages. The host family was extremely kind and welcoming, gave us helpful-local tips, and made the check-in and check-out-process very easy and relaxed. I Overall, we had a great stay! T

Pros: Einfach alles. Wunderschön, modern und top ausgestattet. Es fällte an nichts. Maria war die beste Gastgeberin die wir je erlebt haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Soggiorno fantastico

Pros: A Maria ho lasciato un pezzetto del mio cuore. E attenta, premurosa. Offre consigli per qualsiasi richiesta e in qualunque momento. Ti delizia con i suoi prodotti dell orto. La casa è splendida. Nuova, pulita e attrezzatissima. Le foto non rendono abbastanza.

Cons: Assolutamente nulla.

Maria, la proprietaria dell’appartamento, e’ stata gentilissima e molto ospitale, abitando al piano terra dell’edificio

Pros: L’appartamento è di nuova costruzione, arredato con gusto e attrezzato con tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni medio-lunghi, in particolare la cucina era fornitissima di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche dei generi di prima necessità in frigo e un “cestino di benvenuto” molto graditi. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 8 notti abbiamo avuto anche un cambio completo di biancheria e la pulizia inclusi.

Cons: Nulla, l’appartamento era perfetto ed ha soddisfatto totalmente le nostre aspettative.

Inoltre, Falassarna è facilmente raggiungibile. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Pros: Η Μαρία ήταν καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα και φιλόξενη. Μας καλωσορισε με ένα καλάθι με τοπικά προϊόντα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, άνετο και μοντέρνο. Η τοποθεσία διαμερίσματος είναι εξαιρετική. Η θάλασσα ειναι λίγα βήματα από το διαμέρισμα και διπλα βρίσκονται ταβέρνες και σούπερ μάρκετ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
