Pros: The location, the beach, free sunbeds, view, friendly staff, good food

Cons: The main issue with our stay was the significant presence of mold and a strong, heavy smell emanating from the bathroom. While the staff were helpful and immediately tried to fix the problem after we reported it, the odor was sadly persistent. It was so strong that we were forced to leave the bathroom door open throughout the night to maintain adequate airflow. Separately, we encountered a small technical error which prevented us from connecting to Netflix or other streaming services during our stay.

The place is amazing, our stay was great!

Pros: The property looks great. Its a local corner which tells its story.

Cons: The owner is an amazing guy and so are the staff. The place si very cozy.

Pros: Location right by the beach with sunbeds available to use. Side view of beach from my room. Friendly staff. Great food, Being invited to be part of a party they were hosting which included greek music and dancing. Food was lovely there too and they eat late, 9.30 til midnight. It went til 3am but good sound proofed wslls so it was ok.

Cons: I prefer a softer bed. There was a kettle but no cups ...easy enough to obtain on request. I found underpants under the suitcase stand from previous guests. I've mentioned all this to the hosts just to take a bit more care.

Pros: Everything was good. The location was nice, the staff was friendly and the food was very good. We had a really great time there. The beach is really nice, if you prefer less crowded spots.

Pros: Everything was absolutely fantastic🤩 If you want to wake up straight on the beach and with a drink in your hand straight away, maybe even some delicious food while you're at it, this is the perfect place! ❤️

Nice and relaxed vibe, super cozy atmosphere, top hospitality!

Pros: The position: it is placed near Kissamos, (a surprisingly cute village) and equidistant to many beautiful beaches. Besides, if you don’t want to go anywhere, you can have a beach almost for yourself! We loved the laid back atmosphere, the tranquility and the green trees close to the beach. The highlight of Naya is the level of their cuisine: the ingredients are exellent, best Cretan salad on the island! Haris, the owner, is super cool and made all the efforts to match our requirements. Thanks for everything, we will be back!

Cons: Maybe they should renew a bit some accessories in the room, clothes hangers, small things.

Room with sea view, remote location, seafront, great people, great food, great drinks

Pros: We stayed here at the end of may 2025. We were alone at the location which was great :D no noise from other guests. The people working there and the owner were very kind and ready to help anytime. The room was very clean and we had a small terrace for us, was very nice to have our breakfast there. They have a restaurant and a bar, veerrryyyyy nice. Walking distance on the beach are two fish taverns, delicious. :) Room with seaview, location is remote and was great for us, the room was very clean and the cleaning lady was very helpful and ready to help every time.

Pros: When we arrived at Naya, we had a very warm welcome from the owner, Aris. During the 10 days of our stay we enjoyed some delicious food at the restaurant, in front of the sea. The room was very clean and all the employees were very friendly and professional. The location has something unique that makes you relax straight away. The view of the sea, the serenity, the Cretan hospitality from the host..creates unforgetable memories. Old town of Chania is 40 minutes drive, which is really easy. It's an ideal location to stay, if you don't want the noise of the city, you can unwind at the beach for a few days and the rest explore the areas around.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that 10 days were gone so fast and we had to return back to London. :)

Pros: Aris and his staff are the best hosts you can find. Literally 30 Steps from the room to the beach Location is well curated, food is great (especially lamb), sunbeds are confortable. The place is quiet and very close to some of the best spots on the Island We will come back 110%

Relaxing stay at the beach

Pros: The host is great, very welcoming and helpful. The place is directly at the beach, together with a bar and restaurant. There is a room service everyday. The access to the sunbeds is free for the guests. Overall, a very nice, relaxing stay.

Cons: There was a restaurant's kitchen behind the wall of our room, and we could hear periodically a humming noise (maybe a fridge or AC?), but it didnt brother me too much as it is was not even as loud as our own AC.
