Pros: Convenient, clean and fully equipped apartment with free parking right next to it. The supermarket is also located next door + all bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Pros: We really enjoyed staying at Eris House. The apartment is spacious, and equipped with high-quality appliances (air conditioning worked like a charm). The living room was so comfy that it wasn't easy to leave the house in the morning, despite perfect weather and the beautiful sea nearby (we reached the beaches on foot every day, it's 10 minutes down the road). At first, I was a bit worried about the noise from the street some people mentioned, but it didn't bother me or my mum in the other bedroom at all (and we aren't easy sleepers). In the evening we could hear the bleating of goats and the baaing of sheep raised on nearby plots and it was very soothing. We loved how calm and safe the area was. And Synka supermarket was just around the corner and had literally everything we wanted. Highly recommended place!

Lovely apartment in a lovely spot

Pros: Easy to book and access, great amenities and location, very good for the price

Cons: The water went cold in the shower quite quickly and we couldn't work out how to boost the hot water but we didn't ask the host about it as it was only a 1 night stay

Pros: As i first time contacted this host, he told me: “dont worry you will have everything”, and that happends :) i dont needed nothing else… everything was nice, 10/10

Cons: Nothing negative, on the first eye apartment looks older than on the images, but then you will jump in that small city kissamos and its village vibe all around, but thats nature dont forget!!! Its good for nerves!! :) really!! you have everything in kissamos, everything!! Very good point, very good strategic location for the bus station - 10 mins by walk…. Synka supermarket is on 2 metres - literally :D you have everything there! Restaurants - the nearest one (4 meters from the balcony)… so, one big strategic location!!! As i told you, on images looks newer, but when you jump at that bed, you will see how comphy it is, beddings too, so clean, and all that (old feel) falls down… you will enjoy!!

Pros: Eris House has everything you need for living, let alone a vacation. Each room has air conditioning, so you don't have to open windows at night and then you won't hear any noise. The sea is just 2 minutes away from your suite, and there's a supermarket next to the suite, a gyro place across the street, and Balos is a 10-minute drive away. An ideal location for exploring that part of the island, Kissamos is a charming little town. The suite is 3-5 minutes away from restaurants by the sea, which are beautiful and affordable. I would recommend Eris House to everyone! Enjoy!

Absolutely perfect for our visit (wedding guests). A great find!

Pros: Extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds. Fabulous shower. Lots of extras which were much appreciated after a long journey. The little things (sowing kit, etc.) really make a difference.

Cons: Road noise, but very minor!

Pros: It was a nice stay. We had everything for cooking, washing, ironing and feeling confortable. The beds are clean and cozy. The supermarket is downstairs, so that we could get anything we needed in a couple of minutes. Parking places were always avaliable just near the house.

Cons: During the night there were a lot of noisy cars and motorcycles passing under the windows. It was quite disturbing and it was waking us up oftenly. The apartment could be cleaner, on the floor, on the kitchen furniture and in the corners you can easily notice dust and dirt.

Très bon hébergement .

Pros: L'appartement est très grand , il y a 2 chambres et un beau salon . Un balcon fait le tour du logement . L'équipement cuisine , lave linge et tous les objets de la vie courante permettent un séjour de longue durée . Notre hôte est très facile à contacter , apte à résoudre vos éventuelle soucis . Un restaurant et un super marché se trouve à côté du logement . Le prix est vraiment très bas par rapport à la qualité de l'hébergement . L'arrêt de bus pour La Canee est à 50 mètres

Cons: On voit pas la mer .......

Pros: L appartamento è ampio e situato ottimamente nella zona principale di Kissamos con tutte le attività vicine, Falasarna e Balos facilmente raggiungibili dall appartamento.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, confortevole, pulito, aria condizionata nelle stanze da letto e salotto, cucina attrezzata.
