Amazing experience, recommend everyday
Pros: Honestly, it was just amazing. The owner was very nice and helpful, the place was STUNNING (special mention to the bathroom). There are cleaning ladies coming everyday (and you can use the washing machines downstairs for free, you only have to ask the front desk), the kitchen is fully equiped (except Nespresso machine), the bed is comfortable, they even leave cakes sometimes at the front desk for the clients to grab before starting the day. Also very nice and unexpected is the supermarket which is literally at 20 m. We recommend Caprice and Tzatziki Lays Chips ! Thank you Achatis !!!

Best accommodation in Kolymbari
Pros: At Achatis you will find everything you need to have a great stay. The place is spotless clean, room is fully equipped, bed is super confortable, everything is brand new. If there is something that you miss, for sure Lefteris can help you. Great guy, always available to make your stay more enjoyable.
Cons: Nothing. We loved it.

Great location, lovely host, and daily service
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment! We were warmly welcomed by the host with a lovely treat, which made us feel truly appreciated. The apartment was clean, well-maintained with daily housekeeping, and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. It's well connected and a great base for exploring the western part of Crete. Despite being located next to a road, it didn't disturb our rest at all – the area is very peaceful and perfect for relaxation. What we especially liked: 1. Access to a washing machine 2. A pool to relax in after a full day of sightseeing 3. Shops nearby 4. Good communication with the host 5. Fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials 6. Daily room service Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would gladly come back!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartments and pool are made to an exceptionally high standard. It is situated on a main road but that didn't bother us. Cleaned every day by a lovely lady who obviously takes pride in her work. Very friendly owner who is often on site and is open to other ideas on improvements which would make the holiday more enjoyable. I would totally recommend this place.
Cons: It wasn't nice to see the dogs that live outside in a pen next door. But I will say this, they look healthy and are fed and watered daily but they do bark during the night sometimes.

Pros: Fabulous apartment, well maintained, good location, very,very clean, cleaned every day except Sunday, great hosts, top of the range furnishings, nice welcome gift of oil,raki,marmalade,water couldn't fault anything we will be back.

Just perfect!
Pros: Everything was newly furnitured, very clean and wonderful. The hosts where great and helped out with tours. It felt like „home away from home“. The beach is really close and the town in good walking distance. The kitchen even had a French press and all other necessities. I will come back for sure! Also: very huge rooms with lots of opportunities to put your things.

Pros: Beautiful new apartment block with pool, family run and extremely well cared for. Very modern room with attractive bathroom and fantastic shower unit, good view from balcony out to sea. If you're reading this, just book, you'll not be disappointed,

Brand new, spacious, beautiful place
Pros: The property is brand new and they have really made this place a beautiful building. The room was extra spacious, the shower luxurious and very clean. The proximity to the small town and beach is all within walking distance. We stayed here as it is convenient to travel to elafonissi to get an early start. The host Stelios is lovely and very welcoming. The place even offers a free washmachine which was a blessing to use. I would 100% book this place again.
Cons: Nothing not to like, perfect studio.
