A lovely place to stay

Pros: The accommodation was better than we expected and host was very friendly. The beds made and bins emptied every day. It was a a very short walk to the long sandy beach. The stoney beach on the other side of the peninsula was about half a kilometer. There were several tavernas a very short walk away and also a very well stocked supermarket

Pros: The host was kind and helpful. The parking place was a real positive point. Near the beach, you can go by foot

Perfect location and perfect apartment for the holiday I planned.

Pros: Recently refurbed good quality accommodation. Fully functional kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathroom. Location for me was just right, close to the quiet end of the beach and close enough to supermarket and tavernas. Friendly and attentive staff/management. Would definitely go there again.

Excellent stay in beautiful Paleochora!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed as a family. The beds were comfortable, apartment very clean and there was lots of balcony space for outside sitting. There is only A/C in the bedrooms so I think it would be too hot to sleep on the kitchen/living area on the sofa bed, but the A/C worked very well. Plenty of storage too. Great communication. Really close to the beach, supermarket and cafes. Really good accommodation for a great price. Beautiful views of the mountains and I watched the sunrise one morning.

Cons: No A/C in living space. No bowls for cereal/fruit/yoghurt…

Pros: This is the second year in a row I have stayed here and it is a nice room in a good location with everything close by. Communication with the owner was also good. Responsive and helpful.

Excellent apartment, great value

Pros: Apartment was very well laid out. Good space. Well equipped. Great location.

Pros: Excellent stay, clean, comfortable, modern, has got everything you may need!

Cons: The road was at times a bit noisy.

We would absolutely stay again

Pros: Lovely property, safe parking area to the side of the property, really warm welcome, spotlessly clean, everything you could need including water & juice left in the fridge. Modern bathroom.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like - the ONLY negative is sometimes (rarely) there is road noise, but that is unavoidable and something we have experienced in other properties in Paleochora!

Chilled accommodation in chill Palaoichora

Pros: Protopapas is cleverly designed. Although we stayed in mid October, the temperature was in the high twenties yet the rooms remained cool throughout with no need to use the air con available in each bedroom. Each room had a verandah which could accommodate our group of 5 adults. Supermarkets, bakeries and beaches were a few minutes walk. We were grateful for the daily cleaning service while communication throughout was friendly and efficient.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Can fully recommend this recently refurbished accommodation.

Pros: Great location, spotlessly clean and such helpful friendly hosts.

Cons: We loved everything!
