Pros: Very nice comfy relaxing apartment with panoramic views of the town and the sea from two balconies. Tonia was a welcoming and helpful host and supplied plenty of information leaflets for places to visit, beaches and restaurants etc. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk down a steep hill to the town with many shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the lovely sandy beach We had a lovely stay.”

Pros: The apartment was amazing and had everything that you could possibly need. It was well equipped for a self-catering holiday. It was very clean and well cared for. The location was fantastic with stunning views both day and night. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the beach is a short walk away. Although the apartment is situated on a hill, that wasn't a problem for us. The town is a few minutes walk away. The owner was brilliant with communication and gave good tips and ideas on places to visit. There are plenty of information leaflets etc. in the apartment for places to visit, beaches and restaurants etc. Will definitely be visiting again.

Cons: There was nothing at all we didn't like. It really was ideal and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay.

Pros: Incredibly cozy apartment, we felt at home straight away and could relax. The view is absolutely fantastic. The apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and washing machine. Tonia is the perfect host, welcoming us with Greek delicacies and giving tips on excursions and restaurants. We will definitely be back 🥰

A very comfortable and nice accomodation with beautiful sea views

Pros: The flat is very well located , on a hill, with a stunning view on the sea. The flat is big enough, with 2 rooms and a little kitchen, it is very well furnished with everything that you would need. The flat was clean. There are 2 balconies, both overlooking the sea and also, one of them, the mountains, we could eat on one balcony and dry the beach wares on the other. There are also 2 air conditioning units, which are essential! Tonia is very nice and helpful, providing many (maybe too many!!) recommendations for restaurants and visits, probably everyone can find what suits him/her. It was very nice to find also a complimentary bottle of wine and Tonia also brought some local pastries.

Cons: The location is very noisy, being surrounded by restaurants, pubs, cafes, some of them with loud music until morning. Impossible to sleep with open windows and even with the windows closed in some nights we needed ear plugs. The traffic on the main street is quite heavy and noisy. But Platanias is generally very crowded, with many shops, restaurants etc,, very commercial, it is not the small fishermen village by the sea. For us this was a problem, as we are not appreciating this type of location, but we attended a conference there and stayed 3 more days without changing the accomodation, so we assumed it. If you are coming by car you will have to leave it at the hill foot, either on the street or in a quite big public, free parking. But you will have to carry the luggages up to the hill and also to climb every time. For us it was not a problem, although it was very hot and not so easy. But the view compensates!

Trevligt med 2 balkonger, en i norrläge och en i söderläge. Trevligt att bo i ett bostadskvarter.

Pros: Frukost ingick inte. Vi handlade egen Frukost som var utmärkt. En väldigt fin frukostbalkong att äta den på!

Best host and apartment!

Pros: Everything! I would give it a 20 if I could! Tonya is by far the best host we've ever had! She left us snacks, cake and wine as a welcome \

Fantastyczne i niezwykle komfortowe miejsce do wypoczynku i zwiedzania

Pros: Piękny, przytulny, komfortowy i wyjątkowo urządzony apartament z dwoma super tarasami. Doskonałe miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Krety. Cudowny widok z tarasów na miasteczko, a przede wszystkim na morze!!! W odległości kilku minut spacerem plaża, sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje, a w mieszkaniu wszystko co może przydać się podczas kilkudniowego pobytu. Wygodne łózko Niezwykle uprzejma, życzliwa i bardzo pomocna właścicielka Tonia

Cons: wszystko było super, choć łazienka wymagałaby już chyba lekkiego odświeżenia;)

Pros: Nice location with good view and beautiful sunset’s. Good centralized location in Platanias and to the beach. Very nice, welcoming and helpful owner. We had a lovely stay.
