Heaven on earth
Pros: Everything was great. The location, the apartment, the food at the restaurant. We felt fantastic. Thank you to the whole team at Ravdoucha Beach Studios!
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. Thank you, Nikos! I will definitely come back to your Paradise!

Pros: Mr Nikos is a great host. We loved it there and truthfully can't wait to be back as soon as possible. The other amenities are also pretty great: beach, beach bar, taverna. But our highlight was the talk with Nikos who is a kind, radiant and very pleasant host (+ the olive oil and the raki which were, in our opinion, best we had in Crete and we travelled around the island for two weeks). For that we thank you and we're considering other events at your venue. To be continued...

Pros: This was our second time there. Very clean, spacious apartments with a great view of the sea. A small natural pool with access to the open water allows you to swim even when the sea is rough. Absolutely beautiful little beach bar, lots of old trees. Secluded location with a short but winding drive downhill. A tavern on the premises. Super nice owner.

Superb Location
Pros: Location is fantastic at the very end of a long winding road from Ravdoucha village down a steep cliff to the 8 unit block of compartments right next to the rocky / pebbly beach. There is an excellent restaurant next door and also a small beach bar good for beachside lunches. Good parking at site. shade from trees around beachfront area. Relatively remote and not too busy. A hire car is essential, we used a local company Flisvos from the Chania Airport. Nikos the proprietor and his wife Irini were very friendly and helpful. We would happily return. Thank you Nicos!
Cons: Due to the high cliff behind the beach and apartments sun did not arrive until 10:00 am in mid-September but that didn't worry us as the sunset was just beautiful. The nearest shop is about 10 miles away, which Nicos let us know about in his earlier correspondence, so we bought all our supplies at Lidl in Chania on the way from the airport to Ravdoucha.

Superb location with only two blocks of apartments with excellent facilities.
Pros: Away from it all, in stunning location right by the beach. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped accommodation, host Nikos kind and very helpful as were the whole 'family' team. Nice beach bar plus exceptional taverna serving fabulous fresh fish.
Cons: Nothing not to like for a quiet getaway from the usual crowded tourist resorts and shops.

Off the beaten track but beside a wonderful taverna
Pros: What a wonderful location for a break, 10k from a shop, 50metres to the sea and 30 paces to the taverna (which was amazing!) We loved our stay we were in appt 1 had lovely views from the big balcony and a little garden as well. Nic was superb at his ideas of tours in the car and was available when needed. The little pebble beach, was wonderful, we went down to swim early morning and later in the afternoon after the busy times. 12 pm checkout was great
Cons: We had a small problem with the wc cistern taking ages to fill (an hour!) Nic arranged for a plumber, but he didn’t come!! A minor thing and in no way changes our mind about a wonderful 5 day break.

Silence, sound of waves, serenity, perfect holiday!
Pros: This place is wonderful and we enjoyed every second. The studio is big, clean and with a very efficient system of sliding doors to protect against insects and sun. The balcony is huge, a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine enjoying the sunset. But most of all we enjoyed the peace of this place and the sound of the sea, the best music ever. Nikos, our host, was nice, helpful, gave us very good advice on how to arrive and suggestions about what to visit, he was always available, thanks a lot! Just remember that Ravdoucha is an isolated place, the road actually ends there, you absolutely need a car, the trip there is spectacular and staying so close to the see is fascinating. There are few rooms and this give to this place the serenity we were looking for. There are two restaurants so you can enjoy good food and drinks - no markets in the area so buy what you need before.
Cons: Everything was great!
