Perfect spot near Chania
Pros: Everything was just perfect! The host is lovely, she gave us a lot of amazing suggestions. The studio has literally everything you could need, it was super clean, the shower is amazing, bed is super comfortable and the air conditioning works really well. And in the morning is so nice to enjoy a breakfast in the terrace with an amazing sea view! It’s super easy to find and you can reach Chania and a lot of beautiful beaches in short time

A lot to like...
Pros: There is a lot to like about this accommodation. The hosts were superb - really accommodating, friendly and all our enquiries were responded to immediately. A bottle of wine and loads of fruit were left for us on arrival and Nikolaos (?) gave me a small bottle of Raki on departure! There is an excellent (pod) coffee machine too. Laundry was changed half way through our 6-day stay and the Air-Con was brilliant - and much needed for 36-40* heat. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in, after 40 years of travelling and there is practically everything you might need for a short stay, iron, hairdryer (and diffuser!) and loads of utensils. The location is pretty convenient - but you really do need a car, like we had, because the buses aren't always the most reliable and you're on a main road, several Kms from the centre of town.
Cons: Which leads me to the biggest issue. The property is on a very busy main road - I am amazed nobody has mentioned this in previous reviews. I am a really experienced driver (41 years driving) and there were times when it was very difficult to exit the property safely, especially alone. Anyone form Ireland or the UK would want to feel confident driving abroad, as it's not for the faint-hearted. Also, the apartment and en-suite is not that big at all - bijou I think they call it. The predominant view from the balcony is of a derelict, half-built building, that takes up more than half the view. This didn't bother us unduly, as you can see the glorious bay, but it ain't in the photos! I think it's only right to give a balanced view. We really enjoyed our stay, but to give the property 9.9 would be disingenuous and not right, or accurate.

Consigliatissima!
Pros: Dal primo momento ci hanno colpiti subito l'accoglienza e la gentilezza della famiglia proprietaria di Rouan Studios, sempre disponibili a dare consigli utili e suggerimenti su spiagge e attività disponibili in zona. La stanza ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno sereno, è molto pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Molto apprezzata la presenza della lavatrice in stanza con anche il detersivo a disposizione. La posizione è strategica perché appena fuori dalla confusione della città ma comunque nelle vicinanze per poterla raggiungere quando si desidera. Consiglierò sicuramente questa sistemazione ad amici che vorranno intraprendere questo viaggio!! 😍

Pros: Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et serviables. Ils nous ont laissé pleins de petites attentions dans la chambre. Le lit étaient très confortable et le studio très bien équipé, nous avons même eu accès à une machine à laver sans frais supplémentaires. Tout était super. Je recommande l’établissement !
Cons: Rien, tout était parfait !

Το συνιστώ πλήρως. Όταν ξαναέρθω Χανιά εκεί θα μείνω .
Pros: Τα πάντα . Το κατάλυμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο από σακούλες σκουπιδιών είδη υγιήνης μέχρι και πλυντήριο με ταμπλέτες , καφετιέρα καφέ κτλπ . Ο οικοδεσπότης προσφέρει νερό χυμό κρασί κ ρακί. Δεν του λείπει τίποτα . Μπορείς άνετα να μείνεις και αρκετές μέρες μιας και έχει κουζίνα .
