Pros: It is exactly as in the pics. Air conditioning is working well and there is also an extra fan (as in the picture). Fridge is big, hairdreyer has also the diffuser! Iron is working good. There is also a TV, little oven with hob, however we didn’t use them. Hot water is promptly available with good water pressure. Ms Niki is just downstairs and she’s very kind and always available. Messages in the chat were answered promptly by the agents. Parking on the street is very handy, the centre of Souda is just behind the apt. Supermarket is literally next door.

Pros: The apartment is really big and comfortable. It is clean and equipped with all we needed, including filter coffe machine, big fridge, air cpobditioner. It is next dior to.big supermarket. The hosts are friendly and helpfull. They have cats and a dog and we enjoyed their company. It is Just accross the port.
Cons: It is next to the road and a bit noisy, also close to a mill factory.

Nice inside, not so nice outside
Pros: Nice and big apartment inside. Comfortable beds. The sweet host hat put fruit and wine at the table and water in the fridge when I arrived.
Cons: The location, close to a road, almost on the ferry-terminal, the garden was a mess. Environments you dont want to stay in your holiday.

Pros: Bus stop is nearby. Bus no 13 connects it to the main city center. There was a WhatsApp group, which was quite effective and responds to any queries. From Balcony, we had a see view, many ships anchored there.
Cons: The electronic sockets are very poor. They spark whenever we put our mobile charger or other connections..also the sockets came out, which is quite risky. There was no bin near the kitchen area, only in the bathroom. A bin can be much helpful to keep the garbages while staying.

Pros: Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο,καθαρό και υπήρχαν τα πάντα,μικρή κουζίνα, ψυγείο,κουζινικά σκεύη,πιάτα,ποτήρια και φλυτζάνια,όλα κομπλέ! Πολύ καλό wi fi,τηλεόραση,σίδερο και σιδερώστρα, πλυντήριο και σεσουάρ μαλλιών! Ακριβώς δίπλα σούπερ μάρκετ Σκλαβενίτης και πίσω φούρνος κλπ. οπότε μπορούσες να προμηθευτείς άνετα κάτι που χρειάζόσουν! Και τέλος να πω γιά την κα Νίκη,τον κ Γιάννη και όλη την οικογένεια που διαχειρίζεται την μονάδα: Φιλόξενοι,εξυπηρετικοί και καλόκαρδοι, δεν έχω λόγια για να τους ευχαριστήσω! Και τέλος να μην παραλείψω ότι είναι πολύ φιλόζωοι και το κατάλυμα είναι pet friendly!!! Στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στα Χανιά θα επιλέξουμε πάλι το Nova Marine!
Cons: Θα ήθελα να υπήρχε μία κουπαστή στη σκάλα, αλλά ίσως είναι στα σχέδια να μπει γιατι είναι πολύ καινούργιο και κάποιες μικρολεπτομέρειες συμπληρώνονται τώρα!

Pros: Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία με θέα στο λιμάνι , οι ιδιοκτητες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί , το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο , φωτεινό με όλα τα απαραίτητα ! Ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή μας

Τέλεια διαμονή.
Pros: Η διαμονή ήταν τέλεια. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και άνετο με πολύ ωραία θέα στο καταγαλανο λιμάνι της Σούδας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις συσκευές καθώς υπήρχε και σιδερώστρα αλλά και πλυντήριο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλόξενοι και μου παρείχαν τα πάντα. Σίγουρα θα ξανά επισκεφθώ το κατάλυμα και σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
