Pros: The room is located in a very quiet street just 100 meters away from “Gramboussa” one of the best restaurants on the island, on the road to Balos lagoon and in a position that is convenient to visit the best beaches of the west side of Crete. The little garden is the perfect place where to relax after a great meal looking at the stars under the wonderful trees. You will find here everything you need and even more, we traveled as a couple and we were astonished from the kindness of the owners, mother and daughter that made the experience seamless, they gave us great tips on where to go, the restaurants worth visiting and what to do in the area. Thank you so much again, you really made our holidays :)

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Excellent location within the village, clean and comfortable stay. The host was great and always available to help over the phone when we needed helps or tips.

Cons: We asked if there would be shampoo and body wash in the room, they said yes, we arrived and there was one tiny little bottle for each one of us. (for both hair and body) It wasn't even enough for one day and the next day we didn't get another one. There was also no mini market in the village so we had to get the car to buy shampoo!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Stamatogiannis. The room came with a charming small garden, and being located just a minute away from dining options added to the convenience.

Pros: Un grand merci à Aria et à sa maman pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Kaliviani. Le logement est calme, paisible, parfaitement situé à quelques minutes seulement de la plage de Falassarna et de très bons restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’huile d’olive artisanale produite par la maman d’Aria : un vrai délice ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour un prochain séjour dans leurs appartements traditionnels. Merci encore ✨

Tutto perfetto!!!

Pros: Tutto perfetto… È in una posizione strategica per andare a visitare Balos, e nel villaggio ci sono dei buonissimi ristoranti che si possono raggiungere a piedi. La struttura è dotata inoltre di parcheggio riservato, ottimo per chi noleggia una macchina. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili! Ci ritorneremo

Pros: Posizione perfetta per visitare Balos e Falasarna, parcheggio privato, a 100m uno dei ristoranti migliori di Creta, proprietaria comunicativa e disponibile per fornire qualsiasi tipo di informazione ed aiuto. Consiglio vivamente.

Piso turistico encantador y tranquilo

Pros: El lugar fue simplemente maravilloso. La brisa del mar que llegaba hasta la terraza del apartamento nos pareció perfecta. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Los apartamentos son preciosos, con un toque rústico y encantador que los hace únicos. Además, la ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de Balos, cerca de Kissamos y no muy lejos de playas desiertas y hermosas. Sin duda, regresaremos.

Pros: Ολα ήταν υπέροχα. Το σπίτι διατηρεί την παράδοση προσφέροντας συνάμα όλες τις ανέσεις. Γνώρισα την οικογένεια Σταματόγιαννη, οι οποίοι ήταν άψογοι επαγγελματίες και πάρα πολύ φιλικοί. Μου έδωσαν συμβουλές για τα ομορφότερα μέρη εστιατόρια για να επισκεφτώ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για ολιγοήμερη ή και μεγαλύτερης διάρκειας διαμονή.

Authentisch, ruhig, gastfreundlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen & würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Pros: Das Apartment liegt ruhig, aber dennoch nah an einigen der schönsten Strände Kretas – ideal, um tagsüber das Meer zu genießen und abends die Stille abseits des Trubels. Zudem ist es umgeben von sehr leckeren Restaurants. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und hübsch traditionell eingerichtet. Ohne Mietwagen zwar etwas schwierig zu erreichen, aber den braucht man meiner Meinung nach auf Kreta sowieso! Ein Highlight war auch der Feigenbaum mit leckeren Feigen. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ihre Herzlichkeit und die entspannte Atmosphäre tragen viel zum Wohlfühlen bei. Insgesamt spürt man den besonderen kretischen Flair.

Ein perfekter, authentischer Ort um Kreta wirklich zu spüren.

Pros: Tolle Lage, einzigartiges Ambiente und absolute Ruhe.
