We had a great vacation

Pros: Location and pool were perfect. Rooms were very clean and the owner has a perfect business plan for both short and long term. He has an open mind for contineous improvement.

Cons: The suites are a bit on the small side and the fridge is also somewhat small. But the owner is already working on improvements here as well

Our short break in Tersanas

Pros: The spectacular view to watch sunrise and sunset, the pool with its facilities just by the villa. The host really made us feel welcome, he offered advice on getting around, car rental and best places to visit.

Cons: None

Pros: We had the pleasure of spending 9 days at this lovely property. Dody was a very knowledgeable host and told us all about the local area. We had the amazing pool to ourselves which was a bonus

Lovely place for a lovely stay away from the crowds

Pros: Lovely view, very clean rooms and friendly welcome. Beautiful location for some quiet time. Nice place to explore the Akrotiri peninsula.

Cons: More frequent cleaning, especially fresh towels would have been nice. On the terrace it would be nice to have some more covered space, for example when there is some slight rain or strong winds so that you could still sit outside. Especially since inside is pretty small, so not very comfortable to spent rainy moments indoors with 3 or more adults (not that it rains often 😉)

Beautiful place

Pros: Lovely place, nice Vila with a beautiful view. You have everything you need. The host is really helpful and open minded.

Cons: Shared villa and pool but plans of the owner is to build 2 new villas and existing villa is going to turn into detached place

Fun and relaxing

Pros: Perfectly clean, really nice pool and very quiet relaxing location. The hosts are nice and attentive.

One of the best holidays we've ever had at one of the nicest locations.

Pros: Our host was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. He is a genuinely nice guy who just wants you to enjoy your holiday. The outside area, pool and views were simply fantastic, interior and exterior were all spotlessly clean.

Cons: Apartment was smaller than expected, kitchen needs improving and storage space needs to be expanded. Owner has plans to change things around which will be a big improvement and we did discuss these issues during one of our many chats. Once he has completed these modifications I believe this property will be outstanding

Pros: Grandiose Lage, wunderbarer Gastgeber, Unterkunft blitzsauber mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool ein Highlight, fußläufig ein kleiner sehr süßer Strand. Wir werden sehr oft wieder kommen und freuen uns schon darauf

Une superbe location pour un couple

Pros: L’emplacement est top, le propriétaire est vraiment super sympathique et avenant. La piscine est super. Un bonheur pour vivre de belle vacances

Cons: Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes maximum ou un couple. Pour 2 couples c’est un peu juste. Pas d’eau chaude par mauvais temps

Logement au top

Pros: Vue magnifique sur les collines avec la piscine en premier plan, logement très agréable, pratique et calme. Hôte très sympathique et disponible. Petit jardin. Localisation très pratique, à seulement 15 minutes maximum de l’aéroport (on entend donc un peu les avions, mais c’est idéal pour un début ou une fin de séjour, ou pour voyager dans les alentours). Il y a également un petit chemin juste à côté pour descendre à pied jusqu’à la plage. Petit supermarché aussi a 2mn en voiture, et aussi un restaurant a 5mn.
