Excellent stay

Pros: Excellent property with Excellent hosts. The house is beautifully decorated and filled with everything you need. We were shown top notch hospitality. We received a warm and welcoming greeting and departure. We received great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. I felt at home and would highly recommend if your in the area.

Perfect relaxing holiday home

Pros: Such a lovely house with good aircondition. Neighbourhood was quiet and perfect for relaxing holiday. Would reccomend renting a car if your staying longer. Really be missing the house and the host that were so friendly and helpful.

Pros: Nicely decorated, decent sized bedrooms and lovely patio. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful treats and sweets left by owner. Owners were very prompt with communication and provided great recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous short stay in a fabulous, exciting, beautiful city. The Violin House a huge bonus.

Pros: This property was absolutely perfect! So clean and well equipped with everything you could want or need thought about. It’s a little out of the main town which in some ways is great (more peaceful) but we found it better to get taxis to take us into town. It’s a solid 30 minute walk which we did on the first night, but when it is hot this leaves you pretty wrung out and for the sake of a €8 taxi it’s just not worth it. Loved everything about the place. Our hosts were unbelievable and we walked in to fruit, bread and wine. During our stay we also received fresh produce (tomatoes, peppers and melon) from their own garden. Just book this place and find out for yourself!!

Pros: Everything, cannot fault the experience, was far enough from the city centre to be quiet and also close enough to walk down

Pros: We like the house, it was very clean and confortable, very good equiped. Comunication with Evelina was perfect, she gave us excelent tips for restaurants, beaches and what to see and do! Higly recomendation for accomondation at Hania. Thank you for fruits, basket for breakfast, wine and raki!

The perfect place for relaxing and fun holidays with your family or friends!

Pros: If you are visiting Chania with your family, The Violin House is the ideal place for you. Close to the city center but very quiet. Super clean with all the necessary facilities and more. Most important of all is the amazing hosts. Mr Michalis and Mrs Evelina are so kind and helpful and they will answer to every single one of your needs with a huge smile on their faces. They are the perfect examples of the famous Cretan hospitality and they made our trip to Crete unforgettable. We can't thank them enough.

Pros: Exceptional hosts, very kind and generous. The house is a jewel, comfortable, clean, modern and beautifully furnished.Lovely touches in the bathroom cabinet for travellers who may have forgotten some items. We particularly enjoyed the outside space. The neighbours also were very friendly. We lived like a local for a month.

Cons: The fact that we had to return home.

Pros: Beautiful und very well equipped little house, very clean and comfortable, nice little terrace and parking right in front. Super friendly hosts, who surprised us with home made and local treats on arrival and departure! Also they had great recommendations for activities and restaurats. Nice Greek taverna right around the corner.

Excellent accueil, excellent séjour, super hôte

Pros: Very warm welcome with a bottle of wine and cretan specialties as well as a full breakfast and fruits for the next morning. Loved it. Everything is brand new and well equipped, the house is pretty and very confortable.
