Samouil Apartment steps from the beach

Very comfortable, modern and elegant stay in a fantastic beach location.

Pros: Modernity, cleanliness, close proximity to beach and great little coffee place directly opposite. Laundry facilities and kitchen facilities were great. It was new, large and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Pros: Personal superservice, given by host Silver via WhatsApp. Lots of nice recommendations and available for a conversation and not just one-way tips. Huge apartment with two proper bedrooms and additional room possible as private bedroom. Two bathrooms also very convenient for larger company. Location is fantastic, litteraly 40 meters from the beach - and you do feel part of the local life. Small coffee shop right across the street (unfort closed during my stay) otherwise we'd def would have frequented it.

Cons: Terrace/balcony kind of on the smaller scale, did fit 3 persons max, prob the only neg with the apartment.

Pros: The Apartment is located next to the beach, walking distance to the beautiful old town. We were group of 5 girls and the apartment was perfect, with 2 bathrooms and air conditioning in every room. The host was amazing, very responsive, provided us with all the information in advance, offerred taxi service, provided us with an additional bed, allowed us to check in earlier and check out later since we had a flight in the evening. Nea Chora beach is the closest one to the Old Town, with lots of tavernas and is literally a few seconds from the apartment. We have been walking to the old town next to the sea and was very beautiful. Before booking this apartment, we had another option in the old town and chose the present apartment due to its location next to the beach and was definitely the best choice! Also there is a small coffee shop in front of the entrance of the apartment and we were visiting it every morning. I would recommend the apartment to everyone ❤️

Wonderful property perfect for 3 women sharing.

Pros: It was spacious and comfortable. One minute away from a beautiful beach and great sea front restaurants. A comfortable stroll into Chania Old Town or the New Town. Hope to return 😊.

Pros: The flat is in excellent location - close to the beach, walking distance to the old town, all necessery facilities nearby. Very well furnished and equipped. The host was always answering fast opened and ready to help in anything you ask.

Perfect location, spacious apartment and sweetest owner

Pros: The apartment is extremely well located, right next to the beach, restaurants and bars. It is spacious and includes everything needed to spend a great stay.

Cons: One of the double-beds is not too large so it is best suited for 1 adult or 2 kids.
