Pros: The property is beautiful, everything you could want for a family. Spacious, clean, the location is perfect and even though you’re so close to the beach having the pool makes it just perfect! Such a lovely couple, so accommodating, they’ve thought of everything! And so kind and welcoming!

Cons: There’s nothing not to like about this property!

Pros: Kostas and Maria were amazing hosts who went out of their way for us from the moment we arrived. They had a cheese pie, wine , fresh fruit and soft drinks waiting for us. Maria cooked us the most amazing moussaka one evening and they left us gifts of homemade raki and olive oil. The house is in a great location. Only minutes from some shops, 2 bakeries, the beach and lots of restaurants. The facilities are excellent. Weather was hot so the pool was a great bonus. Despite being so close to everything the house is located on a really quiet road so it is really private. We would highly recommend this lovely house.

Wonderfull stay loved every moment

Pros: Location is fab, shops, tavernas and beach all within 5 minutes walk. The owners Kostas and Maria (who are such lovely people) met us at the property with the keys. We also had water and wine and a lovely feta cheese pie cooked ready to eat on arrival. The property and pool were immaculatey clean. The pool was cleaned regularly by Kostas and Maria actually cooked lunch for us one day which was lovely. We could'nt have asked for better hosts, we would not hesitate to come back, it was the most fabulous 2 weeks we have ever spent.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Pros: Perfect location to everything in Kalyves,,very comfortable Villa with excellent facilities. The warmest of welcomes from Maria and Kostas who look after you for your entire stay, absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them!

Wonderful villa , wonderful hosts x

Pros: Maria and Kostas were the perfect hosts . They met us on arrival at the Villa . So warm and friendly , a home made cheese pie waiting for us ! Fridge was fully stocked with juice and water , and they left us fresh fruit / tea / coffee / sugar and bread too ! The Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . After 3 days my son was taken ill and I had to take him to the hospital, leaving my elderly father behind . Maria and Kostas not only visited me at the hospital 3 times to see if I was ok and if I needed anything , they also made my sure my father was ok and took him food and water . I can’t thank them enough for their kindness . I would give them 100 stars if I could !

Spacious, well designed property close to all amenities

Pros: Spacious well equipped spotlessly clean property in an excellent location. Easy short walk to shops and eateries. Lovely pool. Really delightful owners who treat you with such kindness and consideration.

Cons: I would prefer a slightly softer mattress and pillow but that’s just a personal preference.

We would highly recommend this beautiful holiday villa!

Pros: This is such a beautiful villa, perfectly positioned in Kalyves to make for a perfect, relaxing holiday! Kostas & Maria are warm, welcoming hosts and have provided everything you need.
