Pros: Fantastic location, near the beach, bus into town only takes 10 minutes and is less than 2 mins from the house. The supermarket is literally next door and stocked with everything you could need

Cons: If it had a pool it would be a 13/10 property

Really delightful stay.

Pros: We loved our stay here. The property was just perfect and so well equipped with everything we needed. Great air con - much needed! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. Shops bars and restaurants no more than a 5 min walk. Easy access to the buses into Chania. Lovely private outside space. We spent lots of time on the terrace. Yanni and his family were great hosts and responded to any questions really quickly. They provided a great guide to the area as well.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent place for family with children and even a toddler

Pros: Location, it’s close to the sandy beach and a mini market is next to the house. Bigger markets are 400m and 1000m from the house. One bar is next to the house, and another one is on the beach. The last one is much better. Bus stop to Chania is just less than 100m away. The host. I have never seen before such a high level of hospitality. Million thanks to him! The house is very cozy inside with everything you might need, and there is an awesome garden outside! Our toddler spent most of his time there investigating plants and trees and hunting a cat :-) It was safe for the toddler to be outside.

Cons: Hot water pipe is not protected. There is a risk that the child can touch it when taking a shower and get injured. Not related to the house, but good to know: Sport bar next to the house was a bit noisy, but the playlist is actually nice. It was not crowded because it’s not really nice, so it gets closed between 10-11pm. The road is close to the house, can be a bit noisy although not many cars. It did not irritate us much, because cicadas are way more noisy. Those crazy insects sleep between approx. 11pm and 6am

Pros: Beautiful holiday home for your vacation. Very clean, in very good spot near to perfect golden sand beach and bus stop so you can be in center of Channia in 15 minutes. Yanni will fulfill each requirement of yours and will be helpfull in every situation. If you are looking for vacation where you would like to feel like at home, this is definitely your booking.

Nice Chania experience

Pros: Our 10-days family vacation was really nice in here. I really loved the garden with lemon trees and the outside shower. The large windows from the master bedroom give a nice light. The kitchen has almost everything you need! The host has sent me a list with good restaurants which was really helpful.

Cons: The location is close to the street with no soundproofing, so you’ll hear all the cars and motors riding on the street. The bathroom is small and the bathtube even smaller, a shower would do a much better job. It wasn’t sparkling clean either. For a 6 adults capacity house only 1 bathroom is not enough. We were 4, and it wasn’t ok. I think everybody likes clean floors and a vacuum cleaner for the dust and sand is mandatory, as the broom takes longer to do a fast cleaning and is not ideal to use during your vacation..

Great place

Pros: The location was perfect - a short bus ride to Chania center, and also with options to rent a car (which you can then drop off at Chania airport). The beach is just a short walk away. The house is full of charm - and fully equipped. You won't need anything (kitchen fully equipped and full of cooking and cleaning amenities). Wonderful yard with a place to grill which we sadly didn't use, a place to enjoy the evening, a shower.. the market is also right next door and open until late in the evening. The host was also excellent

Cons: The biggest downside is the noise, but this has nothing to do with the property, just the surrounding area. Locals might work on construction early in the morning, bikes might race by late at night, tourists might be too loud... This was fine for us and will probably be fine for you as well. The other downside is that the immediate area isn't that great for when you want a short walk or a quick bite - a lot of very nice restaurants and not a lot of things in between. For that, it's best to go to the city center which is always lively and easy to get to

Pros: Мы останавливались здесь с семьёй и остались очень довольны. Дом очень уютный и чистый, с красивой и ухоженной территорией вокруг. Рядом находится песчаный пляж с кристально чистой водой, который нам особенно понравился. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить хозяина – он был очень приветливым, угостил нас греческой выпечкой и всегда быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы. Заселение и выселение прошли легко, так как нам заранее прислали подробную инструкцию. Еще он любезно составил и скинул нам топ лучших ресторанов/магазинов и пляжей, что было очень приятно.!

Cons: Из небольших минусов – в этом районе много цикад, поэтому они могут мешать тем, кто чутко спит, так как звукоизоляция не очень сильная. Но в остальном нам всё очень понравилось, и мы с радостью вернёмся сюда снова!

Pros: Bardzo przyjemny dom z ogrodem, idealny jako punkt wypadowy dla rodziny. 2-3 min do morza, market pod nosem, blisko na przystanek autobusowy do centrum Chanii. W okolicy kilka plaż, lokali i wypożyczalni samochodów, bankomat. Dom gustownie urządzony, czysty z wszelkimi udogodnieniami, aby poczuć się jak we własnym domu, klimatyzacja. Gdyby, czegoś jednak brakowało, Yanni chętnie pomoże. Host bardzo sympatyczny i szybko reagujący. Miły gest na powitanie. Sprzątaczka w trakcie pobytu.

Cons: Hałas z pobliskiego sport baru bywał nieznośny, zależnie od rozgrywanych meczy. Obiekt relatywnie drogi w porównaniu do okolicznych opcji noclegu.

Lovely time, great beach, good place for little kids.

Pros: we loved the yard and gated patio, it was great for little children.
