Great place to stay in the heart of the Omalos plateau

Pros: Fantastic location, great hosts, super attention to detail, very well equipped.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Pros: The most beautiful place in Omalos. The house has everything - nice bedroom, shower, leaving room with a fire place, kitchen with everything you need for a nice meal. Out side a great seating with the beautiful view to the Omalus plateau and the surrounding mountains. But the best thing is Mike. Super nice, helpful. You can actually feel he cares his guests will be happy. He filled the refrigerator with mineral water for us, fresh eggs. Local olive oil, Raki and cake waited on the table when we arrived. If we come again we will definitely come to this place Thank you Mike 🩷

Great host. Lovely spot for hiking or getting away from it all!

Pros: My son and I on a hiking trip. Had a couple of nights here. Mike super friendly and very helpful. Accommodation great. Very handy for Gigilos, Samaria etc… Very very quiet rural spot

Cons: Nothing really, is in the shade early Eve due to mountains.

Wonderful stay

Pros: We were welcomed really well with some cheese pie and raki. The apartment is perfectly situated for the hike in the Samaria gorge. The view is incredible, this is a really peaceful place. Careful the nights can be cold :) Mike is really available to help and give recommendations, thank you for everything !

Pros: Wonderful location, very peaceful, ideally located to visit the Samaria gorge, Mike was really welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: Beautiful house with great views over the fertile Omalos plateau, arcadic setting. Mike is a super nice and helpful host. Complete calm due to the remote location.

Cons: Nothing that we did not like but guests should be aware that the location is really remote, with only a few tavernas at about 30 minutes walking distance and no grocery shops anywhere nearby. So come equipped

Peaceful mountain retreat

Pros: Such a perfect spot, with a view of the mountains, surrounded by flocks of sheep with bells clanging, close to the start of the Samaria Gorge hike. The mist covering the valley early morning was a sight to behold. The cottage has everything you need, with lots of seating outside to enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming and left lots of goodies to enjoy. .

Cons: That I couldn't stay longer!
