A really nice stay

Pros: The house was very spacious and it had nice garden with a natural shadow. The owner was really nice and made a great welcome. She also baked a cake for us and made sure the refrigerator was stocked with beverages. So nice. It also had washing machine with products, which was really nice because we went to Crete with limited luggage.

Cons: It was a bit far away form the centre. We had a car so it was not a problem. But there is beach, grocery store and farmacy in the 500m radius. We didn’t prefer the beach nearby so we drove 15min away.

Overall, our experience was very positive, and we definitely recommend this place to others!

Pros: We had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. It was a pleasure to meet the host — thank you for the delicious treats and homemade pastries! The atmosphere was cozy, beautiful, and authentic — it really felt like home.

Cons: One thing to keep in mind: the house is located near a road, and one of the bedrooms faces that direction. While the view of the trees is still wonderful, there is a bit of traffic noise.

Perfect for groups or families

Pros: This house is absolutely gorgeous. Furnished and decorated in traditional Greek style. The size and location is perfect for our family as we were traveling with our two children and mother in law. Maria was very nice and welcoming and greeted us with fresh fruit from her orchard, baked cookies and little cheese and spinach pies from the local bakery. I felt bad because we arrived much later than expected due to family visits prior and there was no remote option to enter a code to obtain the keys. We kept Maria waiting and I falsely assumed we could access the keys without having to meet her in person. My mistake!
