Pros: The villa was perfect for us (7 adults). The garden and pool area is beautifully landscaped, and you can sit and eat on the terraces on two sides of the house. There was a barbecue and a ping-pong table which is really great. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, each room has its own balcony, and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets and automatic blackout shutters. The house offers plenty of space and comfort and was very clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped, so we had no problem cooking for such a large group. The icing on the cake is the large portable Bluetooth speaker, which we used to listen to music outside in the garden/pool. There are plenty of loungers available around the pool and a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. The management is super friendly, accommodating, and very easy to reach. We had a wonderful time there and would love to come back!

Great communication , lovely villa, Great holiday.
Pros: The pool was a good size and depth. The rooms in the villa all had air conditioning. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more . Fantastic views.
Cons: Probably the hill, up to the villa which is vey steep. But wouldn’t change the property at all .

Perfect, Would have stayed longer!
Pros: Absolutely wonderful! The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all facilities we needed. There are 2 ways to reach the house, one is very steep so be sure to take the more comfortable road. It’s worth it because the view is amazing. The pool was wonderful, and Georgios the host was super helpful, and helped us with any question we had, and gave great recommendations on places to go and restaurants. We enjoyed every minute!

Das Haus ist geräumig und schön und der Garten mit Pool sehr gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros: Sehr zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit frische Früchten, Leckereien der Insel und den Zutaten für ein erstes Frühstück überrascht. Da wir spätabends eintrafen, waren wir sehr dankbar. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet; die Betten sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage - wir waren während der Hitzewelle auf Kreta - funktionierte rasch und einwandfrei. Es fehlt an nichts; ein wirklich tolles Haus. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum.
Cons: Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Stalós. Zu Fuss sind es 20 Minuten (längerer, flacherer Weg) oder rund 10 Minuten (kurzer, steiler Weg) bis zum Strand, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Bushaltestellen. Wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuss ist, ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Man hat Sicht auf das Meer. Es wird aber eine neue Villa gebaut (keine Bautätigkeit, als wir dort waren). Wie die Sicht sein wird, wenn das neue Haus fertig ist, können wir nicht abschätzen. Aber dies ist nur ein kleiner Abstrich.

Pros: Villa Selena was a gorgeous place to stay with views on both side of the property. There are many areas to sit and enjoy. On the north side balcony views of the sea or the south side balcony viewing the mountainside. All are terrific. Even being at the pool you are surrounded with tropical trees and plants. Plenty of shade to stay out of the summer sun. Property and amenities are all well kept and maintained. Love the portable JLB speaker which comes handy for outside music.
Cons: There is not much to not like. Only challenge is on the first day is driving up the hillside to get there as the roads are steep and windy with some blind spots to navigate. After you figure this out it gets easier with every time.
