Fantastic stay

Pros: Our stay was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. The hotel has so many pools, including a dedicated one for children, which is perfect for families. The breakfast and dinner options were wide and delicious, and the views from both the rooms and the dining area were simply stunning. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Cons: Parking spots were a bit limited

Convenient Agia Marina location

Pros: The hotel is set on a hillside with lovely views and has spacious apartments, multiple pools, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is a big plus, serving a great and varied breakfast, and you also have the option to enjoy lunch and dinner for a small additional fee. The location is convenient too, just a short walk downhill to the beach, restaurants, and shops of Agia Marina. Overall, a great base for a holiday in Crete.

Cons: If you’re traveling as a couple looking for something quieter, the number of families with children might feel a bit overwhelming at times.

Pros: Everything. Kyriakos from the restaurant is the best.

Very nice resort for families

Pros: Very nice and clean resort, excelent breakfast. The view is amazing. 10-15 min walk to the beach.

Excellent hotel, rooms cleaned everyday. Good location to the beach & restaurants

Pros: Buffet breakfast was what I expected. It was a busy hotel but always efficient with getting a table arranged for our family of 5. The hotel arranged for our family to have an interconnected room which was great allowing us space and all to be together. Our room had a sea view which was a bonus as we originally had inland view rooms booked.

Cons: The lack of entertainment. Entertainment in the evening that would be suitable for the whole family would have been welcomed. There was only a magic show suitable for younger children and Cretan dancing that you had to pay for.

Pros: Excellent. Very clean. Good breakfast. A lot of pools especially the kids pool.

Pros: The room was just like is shown in the pictures. There are 3 common pools with good size and also good for kids. There is also a specific pool-like space for kids. The meals in the all included package are good and with variety. We had a free upgrade to a room with a private pool which was much appreciated.

Cons: No big deal, but the dinner was only until 21h. Could be extended until 21.30h

easy and convenient and pleasant, well done

Pros: very convenient, both by car and by foot (if you can walk uphill), nice people and varied choice of food, with very good price

Cons: first day there was an issue with cold shower, after a bit of insisting it was promptly solved (whereby the water termperature in the shower was increased to match the one of the sink)

Pros: great views, silence, big appartments, friendly staff, child-friendly don't be afraid of the hillside location, there are two elevators to help you pass the steepest hill, and the way to the beach is nice and calm, with a few great restaurants along the way!

Cons: more vegan options during breakfast would be great and better coffee (with bigger cups :)) i think the place is perfect for families with children of any age, but would perhaps not recommend for singles or couples without children (unless you're fine with having only a lot of kids and families around you)
