Great, really enjoyed the hospitality and location

Pros: Location great, breakfast awesome. Family run..lots of local information, friendly..really enjoyed our week stay

Cons: Nothing really, could do with some hooks in the bathroom

Pros: Great accommodation and location. Rooms were clean and tidy. Nikos and Ioannis were great hosts and were happy to recommend things to do and places to eat. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The breakfast was also very generous with lots of variety.

Comfort and convenience and super hosts

Pros: The staff were so helpful, we had a late check in but we were still warmly greeted and our heavy luggages were carried up 2 flights for us. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and very plentiful, lots of choice and served in a lovely shady courtyard. The location is excellent, in the Old Town, so close to shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the harbour, but accessible to the door by car or taxi, avoiding dragging luggage through the small pedestrian streets. There is a (paid) parking opposite the hotel but we managed to park our rental car outside the door in a free on-road parking space, but this is pot luck. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed comfy and everywhere was very clean. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic though it might be useful to have a written list of options (of which there were a lot!) for those who struggle with English.

Cons: The lighting in the room we had was dramatic (illuminating the high beamed ceiling) but it would have been nice to have a stronger light facing down.

Pros: Lovely and helpful people all over the unique ja beautiful hotel. Breakfast in charming surroundings is enjoyable ja delicious. Location in center of everything is perfect.

Cons: Somekind of shelf would be nice and needed in the bathroom for guest’s stuff 👍🏻.

Awesome boutique hotel.

Pros: We stayed at the Splanza for 4 nights, very, very comfortably. The room was large, clean, quiet and beautiful. The location is just perfect, in the old town but in a quiet area. The waterfront is 2-3 blocks away, the restaurant district is 1 block away and the new town is also close by. There is plenty of street parking around the hotel. We had no problem finding a spot each night/day. The breakfast is another plus. A delicious, fresh, homemade breakfast was served every morning. Ian, Nicos ,thank you so much for taking such good care of us. We will be back soon.

A fascinating house

Pros: Very good breakfast served in the nice courtyard. Easy parking just on the other site of the hotel. Harbour and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel

Friendly, central, comfortable, memorable breakfasts.

Pros: Nicos & Ionnis were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfasts were huge and delicious - no lunch needed! The location is excellent. Room 14 had it's own balcony and steps directly to the breakfast courtyard.

Cons: Not really a dislike but street parking could be difficult - however we managed to park for free in the streets every day for a fortnight. Secure parking is available but at a cost.
