Better than we expected

Pros: The best part of this hotel is the location (very close to the beach, restaurants, markets, car rental etc) In general the conditions were better than we assumed and for our purposes this place was perfect. We received a very good room, clean and comfortable and in our last day even a gift (a bottle of wine)

Cons: The breakfast felt kind of ,,poor” with few and repetitive choices, but everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel hasn’t a private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, you need to pay extra for those

Pros: Excellent room with sea view. Clean, modern and very comfortable. Great position and convenient for beach, restaurants&shops. Staff very helpful and nothing to much trouble.

Found a little gem with this one will for sure visit it again

Pros: Great staff, no kids and our suite felt big but still private. It was very clean with new towels and a visit from the cleaners every day. The view was nice too and we got to watch the neighborhood cats that were quite sweet.

Cons: the only thing i didn’t love was that our bed, was actually two beds that would move apart regulary

Pros: Honestly, words cannot describe how satisfied I am with the accommodation, service, and location. Everything was truly at the highest level, and I wholeheartedly recommend to all my friends that if they ever visit Crete, they should definitely stay at this hotel. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

Friendly hotel in busy area

Pros: Close to many shops bars restaurants and also to the beach. Lovely pool area and great pool bar for food and drinks. Reasonably priced

Cons: Room was a bit dated and balcony furniture tatty but didn’t spoil it for us. Breakfast wasn’t great only tried it once as not that much choice

Pros: Excellent location right in the heart of Platanias centre. The staff were incredibly kind and provided us with all the information we needed about the area. There's a private adults-only beach bar as well as a swimming pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are fully equipped with kitchen tools and fire trays, making it an ideal choice for a long-term stay. Our visit became even more special as we celebrated our anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a thoughtful gesture. Truly kind and professional team. Highly recommended!

Pros: Breakfast beside the pool and beach was awesome. Supermarkets are nearby. Very helpful staffs, allowed for extra time during check-in and check-out, near public transport (k-tel bus stop), near conference hall. Nice location to do walking to nearby areas, gym opens early (6am)

Cons: drain water flow in the shower too slow. Water accumulated while taking bath. Breakfast start 8:30 am, a bit late.
