Old Town Suites

Wonderfully appointed old villa in the centre of town which provided everything we wished for.

Pros: A beautiful old building in the middle of town, tastefully furnished with antiques commensurate with the era. Close to tavernas, cafes, bars and the foreshore. Our stay was wonderful despite a mishap with the key which could have made things difficult. Everything turned out fine, as the owner quickly and generously dealt with the issue and solved it . How good was our stay? We will be back in July

Cons: For those that wish to cook or stay in, the kitchen could do with some more utensils.

Pros: Accomodation in the perfect location. Both Room and bathroom were a good size. Thankfully the staff at the bar across the way who assist with check-ins are very attentive and assisted us every time that our car didn’t work entering the front door.

Cons: Daily issues with the from door card reader not working. It can be quite noisy with the bells and birds in the morning and the people on the streets at night, although nothing against the property as this is not really something they can control.

Pros: Beautiful large room in the center of Chania old town. Recommended.

Cons: The A/C filters were clogged. It should be cleaned more frequently.

Pros: Fabulous room, very spacious, and in a great location.

Cons: The room is above a very busy and noisy street, with bars open until 2am, so not great for sleep. The toilet seat was broken, and the coffee machine didn't work. There were no staff on hand in the building.

Pros: A beautiful place that truly resonates with the charm of the old city lifestyle. The high ceilings give a sense of spaciousness and elegance, while the handmade furniture adds warmth, character, and authenticity. It’s a stay that combines comfort with a touch of history, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere.

Cons: It is worth mentioning that there are many stairs, including a steep old wooden staircase. For someone with mobility issues it would be impossible to use, and carrying luggage to the room is something you have to manage on your own.

Pros: Thanks to Holga who was pleasant and accommodating after we were not given an appropriate room initially. And mostly to the kind STELIOS who helped us move to a bigger and more suitable room with a safety deposit box. This made us feel comfortable and enabled us to enjoy our time in the beautiful Chania. Nice room. No balcony but a great view. Nespresso coffee machine was great to have in the room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacy bathroom. Safe and family friendly. Faedra Bar's (next door) helpful and kind staff were supportive, many thanks to Adamadia. Centrally located with a good view from our room. Accessible to most touristic places in a walking distance. A few minutes walk to the main road to access transport to different beaches in suburb and to the main bus station to other sites/towns. Lively and touristic located. In the middle of the breath taking town of Chania (old town), the well preserved old buildings and historical sites.

Cons: We were initially placed in a very small room with no safety deposit box, until we were moved (twice) to a better facilitated room with a safety deposit box. Issue resolved with staff's help. Coffee pods were only supplied the first day. I am unsure if this was the policy or only we were not provided, would have been nice if a daily supply of coffee pods. We had to buy own tea and coffee. Other rooms had but our room did not have a kettle in the room, we used the semi hot water from the nespresso machine for tea making. I think it was perhaps missed out in this room. Would be nice to look into it for my next time :)

Pros: Room was small but lovely. Very clean, towels changed daily, bed extremely comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Chania.

A private sanctuary in the hear of Chania.

Pros: I loved the central location, right in the heart of Old Town Chania, yet it was quiet and private. A little sanctuary away form the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing and the room was lovingly cleaned everyday.

Cons: I loved everything about this place.

Would highly recommend staying here!

Pros: Superior studio was HUGE with excellent bed, adjacent balcony and two windows flooding the room with natural light but not allowing the room to get hot. Monda the house keeper was also a darling.

Cons: Lots of steps to get to the room, and problems accessing the property. The front door card entry system failed numerous times, and i was locked out if the hotel.

Excellent, recommended!

Pros: Beautiful location, wonderful rooms, clean and well equipped.

Cons: One of our groups rooms was above the bars below so a little noisy.
