Rural feel home in excellent location
Pros: The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even stocking the fridge with local fruit and veg (and a lovely bottle of wine!). Location was fantastic, easy access to the beach and local buses to chania centre. Pool was refreshing and clean. Whole apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic holiday destination (unless you dont like chickens, some live next door!)

An honest review! It was nice, but you get what you pay for.
Pros: The location was great. there were plenty of restaurants. beaches and local supermarkets were close by about 20 minutes walk and speak English. Garden beautiful. Open plan area felt safe in the villa. The pool was small but pleasant. The owner greeted us and showed us around. Food the fridge was a bonus, including a bottle of wine. Electricity and air-conditioning, which was easy to use, was included in the price, which was great. It was a small villa that would suit a couple or a family with young children. A shabby chic decor throughout. Provided shower gels and plenty of towels. The price was very reasonable compared to the other villas, the standard was OK.
Cons: The smell of damp, especially in the wardrobe, had to keep clothes in suitcase. The shower holder needed tightening to use. Warning the water gets scolding hot, so be careful could do with a warning sign. No coffee machine, no microwave, no washing machine, no barbecue. The outside furniture was looking very tired and worn out could do with an upgrade as we were unable to sit outside during the lovely sunny evening. A small table between the sunbeds would help with drinks. There are no plastic cups for outside. The living room was dark and could do with skylights to let in some light. Limited plugs in main bedroom. There are no foldered chairs to use at the beaches but has a beach brolly. No smart TV is badly placed on the cupboard. Kettle had limescale, so I didn't use it. Does have an ant problem. The cleaning was OK. The shower was small and a bit dirty. There is not much privacy from the other villa when relaxing in the pool. The communial areas are not separated from the villa. It's looks like the communial gardens are attached to the villa. Could do with a gate to separate the areas. Maybe provide an information guide for the local area in the villa and a book for other guests to write handy tips.

Pros: The facility is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The owner welcomed us very well and told us everything about the place, restaurants and cafes. Score 10 for the facility, for the owner and his effort for our stay also 10.

havre de repos près de chiana et de belles plages
Pros: Un accueil chaleureux .un grand espace extérieur avec un jardin magnifique et une piscine privée . l appartement était très propre lumineux et nous avons apprécié un frigidaire bien garni de bonnes choses à manger et boire. Notre petit bichon très bien accepté .

Wunderbare grüne Oase zum Wohlfühlen...
Pros: Die Unterkunft ist wie eine kleine ruhige Oase ganz in der Nähe des Ortes und der Strände.Wir hatten ein Auto aber es ist alles auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Auch war immer ein Ansprechpartner da...Es gibt einen wunderbaren Pool-eine gemütliche Lounge und viele Schatten- und Sonnenplätze.Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Obst,Gemüse,Brot,Wasser und Wein...Es war alles da was wir so brauchten.Vielen Dank dem Gastgeber..wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...

Cozy house, quiet, in nature and close to all services
Pros: Bonita casa es como estar en el campo, se oían los animales, Aunque hay otras casas cerca no se oye ningún ruido, hay mucha intimidad, el jardín es muy grande. El dueño es super amable y pendiente en todo momento.
