Highly recommend staying at Villa Chara

Pros: We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The villa is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the kitchen is well provisioned. The pool, verandah and outdoor area with views of the sea were beautiful and well maintained. The hospitality shown by Xara and Harry was exceptional, they made us feel welcome and at home. They went above and beyond by providing us home made food on our late arrival and even home made cakes left for us in a well stocked fridge. We were very sad to leave and say goodbye. Thanks Xara and Harry for having us at your villa.

Pros: The living room pool and yard was very nice and the kitchen was very well stock with all imaginable appliances while the hosts have provided water, coffee, breakfast items, ice cream, fresh oranges, drinks and even avocados!

Cons: One bedroom and bath is superb, while the second is rather for kids. So for a family of 4 is great but if there are 2 couples one will not have the same comfort level, at least in the bedroom.

A lovely holiday in a fantastic villa

Pros: The villa and the hosts were absolutely gorgeous. We had wonderful time and I strongly recommend the villa. The value vs cost is great. Thank you Harry and Xara for everything. If we come again we will definitely pay a visit.

Beautiful Villa Xara

Pros: The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating when we asked to check out a bit later due to an evening flight. They also supplied plenty of food and drinks on arrival, including home baked cakes and pastries, which meant we didn't have to rush out to a supermarket at 9pm. Every effort was made to ensure our holiday was lovely.

Harry and Xara were the perfect hosts. Beautiful villa in a great area. Will definitely be back

Pros: Absolutely everything! Spacious, beautifully decorated (Xara has studied interior design and it shows), north facing terrace was always in the shade making it an excellent space for meals. Pool is great size and always in the sun. Beautiful views from every spot. Loved the hammock in the afternoon shade! Villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the hosts were very generous to stock the fridge on arrival with lovely fresh fruit and homemade pastries and cakes.

Pros: A big terrace with morning sun, overviewing olive trees and far below seeing the ocean was an awesome start in the day. Great pool. Great house. Great hosts.

Pros: Fantastisk vistelse på Villa Chara – varmt rekommenderas! Vi hyrde Villa Chara i Agia Marina på Kreta och kunde inte ha varit mer nöjda. Huset var jättefint, välstädat och fräscht, med allt man kunde tänkas behöva. Utsikten över havet var underbar, och vi njöt verkligen av den härliga poolen och de mysiga uteplatserna. Läget var också perfekt – nära till Agia Marinas utbud av bra restauranger, strandklubbar och affärer, men ändå lugnt och avkopplande. Värdparet, Harry och Xara, var otroligt vänliga och tillmötesgående. De gjorde verkligen allt för att vi skulle få en fantastisk vistelse – och det fick vi! Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Chara till alla som söker ett bekvämt, vackert och välbeläget semesterboende på Kreta. Vi är supernöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka!
