Pros: I rate this place 10/10 as it has it all-many rooms,beautiful design,big kitchen and grill outside,I give very big plus for the fridge with water tank and ice maker,clean swimmingpool with all equipment outside. Location is just perfect- there is no crowd,few tavernas to eat super delicious Cretan food,beach just in front of the house,no big hotels around..We really enjoyed small city Kissamos to have a night walk and it has some supermarkets as well.lt is close from Villa Archontissa to main attractions - Falassarna beach,Balos beach and Elafonisi beach. You can find there also no touristic places,hidden beaches and many many more. We absolutely loved the house and I must admit it was worthy its price.

Amazing villa, perfect for a family holiday.
Pros: This villa is absolutely amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 5. The pool is gorgeous and very welcome as it was so hot in August. It's really close to the seas which is so calm and clear. walking distance ro some really tasty food so ticks all the boxes! We hired a car for food shopping. There's a tiny camping shop closeby for basics. Aircon all through the house. Hosts so welcoming and so helpful
Cons: Security cameras outside the house felt a bit intrusive. The hosts were absolutely amazing though.

Perfect holiday gateway in Crete
Pros: The villa was absolutely wonderful – spacious, full of light, and with plenty of room to relax. The large terraces with comfortable seating, relaxation, and dining areas made every meal outdoors special. The pool was meticulously cleaned daily, and the availability of sun loungers and a hammock added to the charm of the stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bedrooms were furnished to the highest standard. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative. We were greeted with a lovely welcome treat upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The area is very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation, while also serving as a great base for exploring the nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend an unforgettable holiday in comfortable surroundings!
Cons: There were a few minor inconveniences: the air conditioning occasionally didn't work, probably due to the extreme heat as we encountered a heatwave. Additionally, the rural setting meant that sometimes there was a smell of fertilizers, but it didn't bother us at all. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend an unforgettable holiday in comfortable surroundings!

A wonderful stay to catch up with friends. Amazing villa in great location
Pros: The villa was very well equipped, pool / grass area really lovely for relaxing during the day. The day bed was a good touch. We used the terrace for all our meals and the big balcony terrace for getting ready and watching the sunset. Pool towels were provided as well as shower gel/shampoo. Secure gated entry was nice. All beds were comfy, villa very clean and hosts very very nice. Nice restaurants within walking distance and small beach which was good. I would recommend a car for going to Kissamos and Chania
Cons: A full length mirror would be great :)

Luxury villa that we would love to return to.
Pros: This house is amazing! Our family absolutely loved this place. The house and the yard are beautiful. The attention to detail is impressive. We cannot thank the wonderful owners enough. They are so kind and accommodating— thank you for the wine and the delicious olive oil. We stayed four nights and drove into Chania twice for dinner and had dinner within walking distance from the house twice—Taverna Mithimna and Tavern \
Cons: Nothing. Seriously zero complaints.
