Villa Iocaste - With private pool and EV station

Lovely, well designed and appointed accomodation close to restaurants and small shops.

Pros: Beutifully appointed villa with excellent facilities. Close to the beach and two restaurants within 10 minutes walk (another within 20 minutes). Management company were extremely pleasant and helpful. There is an Aldi for serious shopping within 10 minutes drive and three mini markets within 15 minutes walk.

Cons: There is work in progress on a nearby villa (though this didn't really disturb us too much).

Nothing in life is perfect but our stay at villa Locaste came very close!😍

Pros: The inside and outdoor design of the villa is absolutely beautiful.. the attention to detail is stunning! The 2 minute walk to the beach and beach cafes was ideal and the regular bus service in to platanias was really good if you don’t have car hire.. the villa is also just a few minutes walk to a supermarket and a lovely 10 minute stroll to the coffee shop where you can get all fresh bakery.. all in all just wonderful! The heated pool for the extra cost was worth it for both day and night use and the hot tub for relaxing evenings was amazing! There were no reason to miss home comforts staying at villa Locaste!

Cons: This is been very critical as everything was more or less perfect! But more tea towels would have been appreciated as we had to use the bathroom hand towels until day 5 when the maid service came.. also access to the cleaning cupboard would have been useful staying as a party of 7. The building work was taking place to the villa above despite it saying on the review that this would not be the case and building work occurred between November and March when the villa is closed… this been said the workers were quiet and polite if we did see them and caused no disruption at all the our stay.

Pros: Beautiful brand new Villa. Quiet location but still within a short walk of a few restaurants, mini markets and a bakery.

Cons: No privacy on either of the balconies. Despite a comment on booking.com there is building working going on directly behind the Villa. Not too noisy but you are on display to builders from 8am until 2pm!!

Alles in Allem ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub.

Pros: Neuwertiges gepflegtes Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber, toller Service.

Cons: Ruhige Gegend, wenn man von der zur Zeit direkt benachbarten Baustelle für ein ähnliches Objekt absieht. Das Haus ist etwas unglücklich geplant, der Pool liegt im Herbst sehr früh im Schatten und ist deshalb relativ kalt. Im Hochsommer bei 35 grad mag das ja okay sein. Poolheizung per Wärmepumpe vorhanden, musste allerdings auf Nachfrage für 50.-€/Tag (!) nachgebucht werden, damit die Kids einigermaßen Spass hatten. Sollte man einplanen.

PARFAIT

Pros: la villa est parfaite pour des vacances au calme. Les équipements sont en parfait état. l'ensemble du séjour est une merveille. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse extrême et à votre écoute

Nieuwe villa dichtbij zee

Pros: Mooie villa dichtbij de zee, Jacuzzi met mooi uitzicht, sauna en fitness zijn top. Buitensalon in de schaduw en BBQ.

Wakacje na Krecie

Pros: Piękny i komfortowy dom z basenem z ciepłą wodą. Wygodne i komfortowe sypialnie z łazienkami, jacuzzi, siłownia, klimatyzacja, patio z kanapami, stołem, grillem. Do plaży zaledwie kilka kroków.

Cons: Nie było rzeczy, która by nam przeszkadzała.
