Heniochos Villas

Pros: We had a wonderful six-night stay at Heniochos Villa in Chania. The property is immaculately maintained, set in a peaceful village, and offers a spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished environment. From the moment the booking was confirmed, Harris—the owner—was in regular contact and personally welcomed us on both check-in and check-out, which was a lovely touch. The welcome hamper was especially thoughtful and much appreciated after a long day of travelling. It was a truly relaxing and comfortable experience, and we’ll most certainly be returning.

Cons: Although towels, paper towels and toilet paper were replenished half way through the stay, I would have liked a clean of the villa as well. Maybe something to consider.

Perfect for family and or friends! We could not fault a thing!

Pros: The villa is furnished beautifully. It’s a perfect size for 6 people. It’s in a great location, lovely and peaceful and not too far from Chania about 15 mins in a car and the same for a local supermarket to stock up on food and drink! Haris is an amazing host, he made us feel so very welcome! The wine, fruit and fridge bits on arrival was an added bonus! The outside area for swimming, eating and relaxing during the day and the evening was perfect!! We will definitely return!!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: This villa was amazing. The design was superb for our family. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were amazing and the pool with bbq area made our holiday special. We were greeted by the host and he made us welcome with a fruit platter and some breakfast goodies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay — perfect for a girls’ getaway!

Pros: We stayed at Heniochos Villas for 4 nights with a group of 5 girls and absolutely loved it. The villa was clean, quiet and felt very private — perfect for relaxing together. You’ll definitely need a car to get around, but the location is lovely and peaceful. The host was fantastic — great communication before and during our stay, and thoughtful little touches like fresh fruit, snacks, juice, alcohol and ice waiting for us when we arrived late really made us feel welcome. The villa itself is spacious with lovely showers, a great outdoor dining area and plenty of space to enjoy meals outside. We really appreciated how comfortable and well-kept everything was.

Cons: You will need a car or taxi to get around but both were easy to get.

1 week wasn’t enough. We had a perfect week away staying here, Harris was a great host. 😎😎💪🏻💪🏻

Pros: This villa is amazing, perfect location and has everything you need. The pool is fantastic. Me and the family loved our stay.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Nice villa in a quiet place close to Chania

Pros: Quiet, decent place with nice pool area. Nice sun terrace.

Cons: Sofa in the living room is not comfy

Lovely stay at Heniochos!

Pros: Amazing villa - even better in person! Rooms were comfortable, soundproofed, the pool and bbq area was clean and beautiful, and Harris was easy to reach and was a very kind host. We really loved the cats that came to visit us everyday.

Cons: Our room downstairs was missing robes while everyone else had robes, and you definitely want to have a car to get around as we got a bit tired of taxis after a while. Pool was super cold so we didn’t swim much, when we said something to Harris there was no reply to it. But overall we loved our stay.

A perfect stay. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. The attention to detail that has gone into making every part of it, inside and out the best it can be was clear. The nicest pool we’ve ever had in any villa. Harris was also a brilliant owner who couldn’t do enough to make our stay special, including feeding us with his mums great cooking when we arrived late in the evening. The setting is also lovely in the olive groves. A car is a must to get to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing not to like!

Heniochos was everything we hoped for. We will be back.

Pros: We arrived after 11pm and the owner was there to greet us with a bottle of wine and some delicious tapas - so thoughtful and just what we needed after a long journey. A great start and it just got better from there. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. It is beautifully decorated and the outside space is lovely too. A lot of thought and time has gone into this holiday home; from the landscaping (inc a range of fresh herbs) to the interior design. It is situated a 5 minute walk from a small village square, so you have the best of both worlds; a quiet spot that is within walking distance of a small friendly cafe/restaurant. We had the best time and can't wait to return
