Pros: The house is beautiful and has everything you need and beyond! It is right at the beach and when we were there, there were only a few other people enjoying the sea so that it felt a little bit like a private beach. The most amazing thing about staying there though was the family that owns the place. Eleni and her mom, her dad and her brother helped us out a couple of times without hesitating - although they didn’t have to. Thanks again, Eleni! Whenever I’ll come back to Crete - I’ll stay in your family’s house again for sure!

A true retreat for recharging batteries.

Pros: The view from the property is really a million dollar view. The villa is right on the beach, located in a very nice secluded bay. The sun sets right in front of the villa, which makes for amazing memories.

Cons: Since we visited in late October, the pool was already too cold to be used. I imagine it is amazing to cool off in the summer, but for sping and autumn, a heated pool would have been necessary.

Idyllic location with everything you need close by

Pros: The Villa is lovely and has everything you could need. The sea is literally at the end of the garden so you can wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the waves. The sea was warm and clear and the beach really quiet so it was idyllic especially as you also have spectacular mountains too.

Un séjour très au calme dans une belle villa avec piscine

Pros: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa de trois chambres, chacune avec sa salle d'eau attenante et climatisation. La maison est bien agencée, et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour les repas en famille. La localisation est idéale pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit plus sauvage, loin des zones touristiques habituelles.

Cons: Cependant, un point important que le propriétaire a omis de mentionner est l'itinéraire pour s'y rendre. La route qui passe par les montagnes depuis Rethimnon est dangereuse et stressante. Nous aurions préféré rouler une heure de plus pour un trajet plus confortable, plutôt que de prendre cette route angoissante. Heureusement, nous l'avons empruntée en pleine journée, ce qui a rendu le trajet un peu moins périlleux.

Mooie villa maar de omgeving is niets.

Pros: De villa was prachtig met een heel mooi zwembad en een heel mooi uitzicht.

Cons: De omgeving. De prachtige luxueuze villa is spijtig genoeg niet in relatie tot de zeer rurale , arme omgeving. De omgeving is niet ontwikkeld om mensen te ontvangen die zulke prachtige , dure villa huren: geen deftige restaurants of beach bar, geen degelijke supermarkten, geen leuke activiteiten te doen.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Pros: Wir waren fünf Erwachsene (Familie) und haben eine gemeinsame Woche in der Villa Pelagia verbracht - uns hat die Villa sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und vom Pool direkt aufs Meer war einzigartig. In den Betten schläft es sich super und die drei Badezimmer, die z.T. direkt von den Schlafzimmern ausgehen, sind wirklich angenehm. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Kaffee und Wein waren bereits vorhanden. Der Gastgeber (Babis) sprach perfekt deutsch, war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, man konnte sich ohne Einschränkungen wohlfühlen. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und mehrere Restaurants. Wir haben während der gesamten Woche nicht ein einziges Mal schlecht gegessen. Besonders empfehlen können wir die Taverna Vatalos, direkt am Meer oder das Restaurant Babis und Popi, das von der Villa aus, auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen ist.
