Pros: The house is amazing and the location is quiet, calm but with all necessary services nearby, including nice restaurants. The house is at the beach front. It is not a sand beach but the sea was beautiful and really nice for a swim. Ms Stravoula, our host, was communicative, kind and available - even with the flight delay and late hours of our arrival. She guided us through the best way to reach the house and was present to give us the keys and explain the workings of the house. She kept communication to the essential and was very kind. Cristina was also very kind and flexible. We would definitely like to come back!

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Athina Luxury Villa! The villa was stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and just steps from the sea. We loved the peaceful outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. Inside, the bedrooms were super comfortable with high-quality bedding, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for our group of friends, with enough space for everyone to feel at home. Our host made everything seamless with thoughtful touches and great service. Already dreaming of coming back!

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Thank You for a wonderful stay at Vilka Athina! Close to the beach and to the local restaurants - such good food. We really recommend Haridimos, fantastic local food and so genuine and familiar (go to the ocean and turn right, about two minutes away) A special THANK YOU to the team, doing everything around (and in) our villa ❤️ We’ve felt safe and well taken care of ❤️

Cons: Too bad that the pool wasn’t heated…

Toller Aufenhalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Eine sehr moderne, ruhige und sehr saubere Villa. Die Einrichtung war sehr stilvoll und der Poolbereich/ die Terrasse waren sehr schön groß und luxuriös ausgestattet. Wir hatten 2 Parkplätze was Top war und in unmittelbarer Nähe gab es Supermärkte. Auch für Ausflüge im Westen Kretas war die Unterkunft gut gelegen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten sogar früher als der Check in besagt in die Villa rein. Die Kommunikation war Top und einfach.

Cons: Der Meerabschnitt an der Unterkunft war sehr steinig und konnte schlecht zum Baden genutzt werden. Man musste eine Straße überqueren um ans Meer zu kommen.

Pros: Es war super modern, sauber und der Service war klasse! Der Pool war toll und die Liegen auf große Klasse.

Cons: Leider kann man die untere Wohnung nur von außen erreichen. (Kein innenliegendes Treppenhaus) die unteren Zimmer haben nur ganz kleine Fenster und deshalb eher stickige Luft. Klimaanlage funktioniert aber perfekt. Bei Regen gibt es kaum eine Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu essen, da nein Esstisch innen vorhanden. Generell ist der Wohnzimmer innen eher klein. Das Haus ist das 3. in der Reihe und liegt damit am weitesten weg vom Meer.

Ruhige Villa in Strandnähe mit sehr freundlicher Betreuung

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahegelegenen Ort. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Westen Kretas.

Cons: Mögliche Militärübungen des naheliegenden Stützpunktes.
