AnnaBoutique Villa Next to Beach Private Pool & BBQ

Just book it, you won’t regret it!

Pros: The villa is beautiful. There’s nothing missing from the villa that you would need, everything is provided. The pool and garden areas are great, the living area comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the the upstairs just as lovely. The villa is in a great location, 5 minutes to beaches, bars and restaurants. 15 minutes to Chania which is also a lovely town. Kristoffer cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Would definitely return to the villa.

A lovely place to spend time with friends and family

Pros: Breakfast basket was excellent, more food than we could get through. Especially loved the fresh juice and tomatoes. Freshly ground coffee machine was also a great addition. The pool and shady outside kitchen area were lovely and we enjoyed using the barbeque and pizza oven. The large balcony with views across the bay was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. Kristoffer was helpful and responsive to any questions. Unlike many villas/ apartments in the area that we saw there was lots of planting so the outside area which is a much more welcoming environment.

Cons: Everything was great. By the end of our trip (9 days) everything was a bit sandy though, including sheets, it might have been nice to have 1 change of bed linen during the trip.

Pros: The house was perfect – clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Kristoffer, was phenomenal, always friendly and ready to help with any request. We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

A wonderful and relaxing holiday in a fantastic villa where everything worked perfectly!

Pros: The villa was spotless and very well maintained. The garden area with a private pool and covered barbecue area was absolutely fantastic – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to shops and other services. Our host, Kristoffer, was outstanding – extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He responded to all our questions promptly and helped us arrange car rentals, airport transfers, and more, all at great prices and tailored to our needs. We stayed as two families of four, and the villa had plenty of space for everyone. We’ve traveled a lot with this group, and we all agreed that this was the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in on holiday. Highly recommended – full marks from all of us!

Pros: Gorgeous villa in a great location, perfect for chilling with family. Lovely outside space and very spacious and modern interior. The breakfast basket was amazing.

Pros: The house is in a perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants and bars but was still peaceful and quiet. Kristoffer, the host, was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is spacious with a great pool and shady outside seating area.

Pros: The villa was amazing! Clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need! Twice during our week long stay, we were bought a big basket of breakfast bits from the host - ham, cheese, jams, bread, fresh orange juice and fruit - was lovely! If you love doing a BBQ, you'll will enjoying cooking on the amazing outdoor set up! Beach is a 15 min walk downhill from the villa and it's a wonderful beach! (Siroccos Restaurant is a great place to settle for the day; you can hire 2 sunbeds and a parasol for €15 a day directly outside the resturant - their pork gyros and frozen strawberry daiquiris are delicious!) But if you prefer the pool, the villa is perfect for this! Supermarkets are close - you can walk to a small shop in 10 mins away but if you need a big shop to get you through a week, you'll need a car / taxi to get to a big supermarket.

Cons: One tiny thing - some of the doors in the villa make the loudest creaking sound. During the night when doors are opening and closing (too and from the toilet for example, or children going to bed earlier and parents coming up to bed later) the doors wake people up.

Pros: My recent stay at this villa was nothing short of fantastic. The villa itself is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It was equipped with all the amenities one could need, making it feel just like home. The location was superb, with the nearest beach just minutes away and the city easily accessible with a rental car. This made exploring the area and enjoying the beach incredibly convenient. Our host, Kristoffer, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He was always ready to assist us with anything we needed, making our stay even more pleasant. Thank you, Kristoffer, for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot.

Pros: The stay in Anna Boutique Villa was wonderful. Kristofer was so kind and helped us with everything. The House is clean and very spacious. Every 4th day Kristofer brought us a big basket for breakfast with everything you need. The beach is a 10min walk away with the softest sand and the clearest water. It was never full and touristic and you can rent Sundbeds for more comfort. If we‘re missing something, Kristofer immediately fulfilled all of our wishes. We cooked almost every day and the kitchen had everything you need. There are various supermarkets nearby within walking distance and two larger ones about 1km away. The day we departured Kristofer even drove us to the airport. We will definitely come again!
