Incredible Stay

Pros: We had the most amazing experience at this villa! The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering both privacy and stunning views. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—she was incredibly attentive and always responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The villa itself is second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed the top-notch facilities, from the relaxing Jacuzzi and sauna to the fun table tennis table. The pool was a perfect size for the whole group, and we made full use of it every day. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we’re so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. If you can afford it, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem!

Pros: Our stay at imperium luxury villas was fantastic. Great location, within walking distance of beaches and shops. The villa was amazing and had everything you could want, we especially loved having a blender for our morning smoothies in the sun. Our host Evangelia went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this villa.

A super relaxing family holiday in the most luxurious of villas.

Pros: A fantastic modern villa, finished to a very high standard with every facility you could possibly think of. Outdoor area was great for evening entertaining. The pool, table tennis table and gym were amazing too. Evangelia is the perfect host, extremely helpful and available whenever required.

Absolutely fabulous!

Pros: The property was exceptional. The outdoor space was beautiful, had a BBQ area, a pool and a balcony with stunning views. It had a spa and a sauna, with fabulous amount of space inside (we had the villa booked for 10 people). The hosts were incredibly helpful, giving information and advice, and unbelievably kind and welcoming. I would recommend this property to everyone, and I hope to be back! Location was great, with a short walk to easy accessible bus routes to beach clubs and the main town. And to top it off when leaving we were even given a little gift to remember Crete! Hosts were helpful as our flight wasn’t till late and let us keep our bags there and even tried to change the cleaning time so we could have a late check out. They went above and beyond!

A home away from home, with great people and surroundings - would highly recommend!

Pros: The property was very clean and the interior very well designed. It was light, spacious with great sunsets from the upstairs terrace. The outside space was perfect, the pool was heated and well worth paying for this at this time of year as we swam in this every day and were never cold! The gym area, jacuzzi and sauna were much appreciated by my teenage daughters! Location was great, a 10 minute taxi ride into Chania town. The owners was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyed.

Super Villa und aufmerksame, professionelle Gastgeber

Pros: Die Villa ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage mit Autobahn-Nähe und einem super Blick in die Bucht. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir 3 Stunden Verspätung, bei der Übergabe waren die Besitzer sehr flexibel und hießen uns freundlich willkommen. Wir wurden regelmäßig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas brauchen. Der Jakuzi war zwischendurch defekt, es wurde schnell reagiert und repariert. Poolheizung muss dazugebucht werden, das hatte ich leider nicht direkt gesehen. Ansonsten habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Zahlung gab es auf unserer Seite einen Fehler in der Buchhaltung und es wurde zu viel überwiesen. Ich wurde direkt kontaktiert und das Geld sofort zurück überwiesen.

Nytt, fint, super sentral beliggenhet.

Pros: Villaen ligger super sentralt i forhold til mange fine strender langs chania kysten, kun 20 min kjøretur til chania sentrum med koselige gater i gamlebyen. Det var 5-10 restauranter i gåavstand fra huset. Huset i seg selv var veldig fint, rent, fint interiør, flotte uteområder. Husverten hyggelig og imøtekommende, og behjelpelige. Kan anbefale både huset og lokasjonen på det sterkeste.

Cons: Ikke mye å trekke ned på her, for vi trivdes veldig godt, og kan anbefale det på det sterkeste…Vi leide bil fordi det ble enklere å komme til alle plasser, for selv om huset er veldig sentralt er det noen hundre meter til restauranter og badestrand.
