Villa Mediterranea - Heated Pool optional

Pros: The villa is realy nice, airco's in all bedrooms, the pool with the view of the ocean is amazing we stayed in august and had the sunset infront of the terrace and pool, the matrass in the beds were not that comfortable but the pool with the views makes up for that

Cons: There is not much to do around the villa unless you have a car, keep in mind that its on a mauntain road (i loved driving there with the views) without a car the only thing you can enjoy is the nice villa/pool and the beach infront of it

Fantastic place to get relaxed with family.

Pros: Fantastic location and surrounding, beautiful sunset view, spacy and cozy living room with kitchen, great swimming pool where you can really swim and not just get wet. Very close to Elafonissi (12 minutes of driving and not 50 as google says!!) and other nice places. Great local taverna just a few steps away. Overall, all was perfect

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: We loved the house design, the space, the peace and quiet and the view of the sea from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was big enough to swim and relax and our kids enjoyed jumping in right from early morning till nighttime. The hosts were very responsive and kind, they helped us resolve all the issues and gave us great recommendations on the locale. The house is 20min of driving away from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Europe, Elafonisi, which was why we booked this house in the first place.

Cons: Bugs, the house is in a secluded area and a very small village, surrounded by fields so naturally there are insects and bugs (cockroaches specifically). On the positive side when we contacted the owners they came the next day and disinfected the house additionally. We like spending time in the nature and weren't bothered by this much. A bigger issue is the location, the road to reach the house is narrow and steep down the hill from the main road, driving up and down is nerve wrecking, the nearest shop is 15min away, there is only 1 small restaurant in the village, the next proper restaurant is 15min of driving, nearest gas station 30min away, not to mention if you need a doctor or hospital it is 1.5h away. We were not aware of this before coming so luckily everything worked out OK in the end, but next time we will probably search for a house that is closer to civilization. A car is a must here, but to be fair it is a must for most of the island unless you stay in the hotels in the Norther part of the island.

Magnifique vue dans un cadre au calme

Pros: La vue, le calme, l’emplacement, la piscine, le grand living

Cons: La salle de bain ( évier dans le couloir, remplacer le rideau de douche par une porte ou faire douche à italienne). Confort de la literie, confort du fauteuil.

Meraviglioso

Pros: La colazione non è inclusa, posizione defilata, ma per chi cerca come noi la tranquillità è perfetta.tramonto meraviglioso da zona living e terrazzo. Casa veramente molto accogliente

Cons: Dimensioni delle camere, un filo stretta rispetto al resto della casa e dello spazio esterno

Il tramonto dalla villa vale la vacanza

Pros: Splendida villa Molto spaziosa e fornita di ogni comfort Arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e tutto perfettamente funzionante Host attento, presente e sempre disponibile Piscina 15 mt per 2mt per belle nuotate e relax Posizione riservata ma vicino da un bar ed ad una taverna raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi Mini market a 15 min di auto Elafonisi una delle più belle spiagge al mondo raggiungibile in 25 minuti di macchina

Juste l’envie de rester là plus longtemps !

Pros: L’espace, le calme, l’environnement, la vue… Endroit idéal pour 2 amis ou 2 couples, grâce au petit studio tout équipé qui sert de deuxième maison. Je recommande les petits déjeuners sur la table surplombant la piscine et les apéros/dîners sur celle face à la mer et aux couchés de soleil. La proximité immédiate avec une des meilleures tavernes du coin est un plus.

Cons: L’étroitesse des salles de bain avec les wc posés juste à côté des douches et les lavabos posés en dehors ( le contraire aurait été plus confort). Mais comme nous n’étions que 2 cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné.

Séjour hors du temps dans un cadre sauvage

Pros: La tranquillité, le calme, la vue sur la mer toute proche, l aménagement de la maison
