Theo Villas With Sea View

Pros: This was the best vacation I've had in years! We were in an amazingly beautiful place with a stunning view of the olive groves and the sea! The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, so you don't even have to leave it! A swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, and a terrace with a stunning view! The hosts are very attentive and willing to accommodate any questions. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. 😍 I recommend this place to anyone who wants peace and quiet with a beautiful view. If you have a car, the beach and supermarket are a 5-minute drive away, and Falasarna is 35. The drive to the villa is a bit rough, but there's an alternative route through the olive trees.

Just amazing stay, 5 nights felt short!

Pros: Amazing place to stay with the family! Pool is amazing to have in the morning or after you come back from the beach. Rooms are really nice too, kitchen has everything you need! With a car rental, the location is perfect to reach stores, Chania, Falasarna and Elafonisi beach.

Cons: The access road is steep, but I am sure is not a big deal comparing with all other facilities this property offers! Amoena house has the best parking spot near the street. If it's free, take it :)

Pros: Amazing villa with great views. Plenty of space, clean and tidy. Great pool with good barbecue area. And the biggest advantage, the wonderful host Maria, just ask what you need and everything will be arranged immediately. Highly recommended.

good value for money, at the best part of Crete (Balos, Phalasarna, Elafonisi)

Pros: everything is new and fresh, comfortable, very detailed kitchen equipment (beer mugs are waiting frozen in the freezer:)

Cons: quite a steep driveway to the villa, if you have a weak car it may be a problem

Perfect

Pros: Everything was really lovely. The villa was clean, pool perfect, stunning views….everything you need for a perfect holiday in Greece. Our host Maria made us feel welcome and was ready to answer any questions we had. Upon arrival we found fresh water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, coffee….I mean, it doesn‘t get better than this. Very happy with everything!

Pros: Very clean and close to 2 towns Spilia and Kolymvari. Only 20 minutes from Chania

Cons: Transport needed for stay at Theo Villas. Very steep incline from parking area to road. Area is remote for children.

Pros: Amazing accommodation ❤️ 3 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, amazing terraces on each floor, pool and relaxation area outside. The view is stunning. Maria was so welcoming and nice to us, we highly appreciated it 🤩 The Villa is located in a small village, but close to the coast and famous beaches. There is a parking place inside the courtyard, but better to check in advance the parking set-up, especially for manual cars.

Cons: Absolutely nothing, everything worked just perfectly for us.

A wonderful, relaxing stay!

Pros: First and foremost, Maria and her family are amazing hosts, 100%!!👏👏👏 We loved staying at Theo Villas! The house is well laid out and carefully looked after. A fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, the beds are super comfy, the views are simply breathtaking and the private pool is a huge plus! There are lots of beautiful beaches and great places to eat close by. And if like us you love to have some home-cooked meals as well, there are enough grocery stores within a very short drive. Maria is such a lovely and warm person. Always quick to respond when we reached out to her, and addressed the issues we raised. The road leading to the parking area is steep but after the first day, we got used to it😃 All in all, we would stay here again, and we would definitely recommend it!
